I’ve had 2 sessions with Drashti so far and it’s made a massive difference. She shared the overall plan, what the different exercises would do in moving the plan forward while being careful to ensure correct postures and execution of the exercises, whilst being very personable in manner. Highly recommended.

I came to Star Pro with a pinched nerve. I could not drive and I could not seat because my arm would cramp and hurt. I could not go to GYM and do bench press because my left side was weakened. I after going to physical therapy, all those issues have been gone and I can live without pain and have the mobility I need. Thank you.

Attentive and extremely knowledgeable about my condition

StarPro is great for general injuries and occupational strains, and has the advantage of being very convenient if you work nearby! I saw Drashti Patel for my knee pain and she was very accommodating, often listening to my feedback on my exercises and coming up with new ones to target my needs. My knee pain wasn’t intense but it was bothering me after some exercises, so I wanted to get ahead of an injury. When I came here I told Drashti that I figure skate. Although she had limited experience in the sport, she made sure to find exercises or alter existing ones so that they’re functional for my time on the ice. She made sure to push me to work through harder exercises, even when I wasn’t sure I was ready. And if I truly wasn’t ready we’d leave it for later. I found the initial appointment setup to be a little difficult, having to call someone on the phone and they would need to set me up with someone who took my insurance. But once I could email Drashti it was much easier for me to book and alter my appointments for my weekly needs. The space is a little small, and took some warming up to but at the end of the day it worked for what I needed.

Average experience. Going only for location convenience. Check-in on a monitor with a “receptionist” located offsite…. seemingly a cost cutting move that is off-putting. Most concerning is that rather than stay and work with patients while they go through their routines, therapists congregate and chat at a desk situated in the middle of the room. The therapists should be laser focused on their patients otherwise it begs the question of their value. They should be watching, critiquing, coaching and/or encouraging their patients. I would not entrust my recovery to them for a significant injury.
