They were able to make our dream of having a baby come true! After 10 long years of loss and heartache, we now have a beautiful baby boy. They are amazing there! However, after my experience, I feel others in my position should know I’d rate Dr. Kriseman infinite stars if I could. As a 44-year-old woman, significantly older than my partner, I’ve carried the weight of knowing that our dream of having a child might not be possible. The heartbreak of not being able to conceive naturally—something that seems so easy for others—can feel isolating and overwhelming. I knew my chances of a successful egg retrieval were low, but my partner and I were not ready to give up without trying all options. After extensive research, I found Dr. Kriseman—widely regarded as one of the best fertility specialists in Houston. At our first appointment, she stood out in every way. She was honest, thorough, and kind. She didn’t sugarcoat the reality of our situation, but she delivered the truth with extraordinary empathy and compassion. She spoke to us in clear, understandable language, explaining the complex science behind fertility treatment, IVF, and our individual odds for success. Dr. Kriseman treated us like people, not statistics. She took the time to listen, to truly understand our goals and concerns, and she made us feel seen and heard. That first visit lasted over two hours, during which she reviewed our history in detail, answered every question, performed my first ultrasound herself while explaining what she was seeing, and walked us through the next steps with clarity and reassurance. She immediately ordered bloodwork and began the necessary evaluations—there was no wasted time, no ambiguity, just action grounded in care. She also offered us resources and laid out other potential paths to parenthood with the same honesty and support, never pressuring us, always empowering us. In a process that can often feel clinical and cold, Dr. Kriseman brings warmth, humanity, and unwavering professionalism. Fertility treatment can feel like a rollercoaster—emotionally, physically, and financially. But with Dr. Kriseman, both my partner and I feel like we have a steady hand guiding us through. For anyone walking this painful road, I can say with certainty: you will be in the best possible hands with her. I’m so grateful we found her.

Do not use this fertility clinic. Once they receive your money all personalized care goes out the window! Was constantly lied too and treated like a number in their database. Takes weeks to get appointments. We had to buy fertility drugs off someone from facebook because the nurse dropped the ball during retrieval on getting in the prescription (my wife told her multiple times the pharmacy said they didn't have it) in time to the same day pharmacy! She told us to call them instead of just making sure they had prescriptions, Pharmacy promised they would deliver once they finally got it, medicines are time sensitive. Then recommended pharmacy called to say original person didn't have authority to do that. Cycle failed now want us to pay another 5k to them and 7k to pharmacy. place is junk. Was bought out and new company is trash! Present themselves as a 5* experience and care when it is anything but! Save your money go somewhere else!
