We have just had our consultation with Aspire HFI. The office staff and Dr. Dunn were awesome. Kind, friendly staff, Dr. Dunn was knowledgeable and understanding of our issues and was helpful in explaining our next steps.

After trying a few times with a different provider, we transferred to this clinic in Pearland. Dr. Dunn and the staff here took an empathetic and personalized approach that didn't feel rushed at all and was always respectful of our time and schedules. The facilities were clean and very professional throughout the process. It culminated in a positive experience and a pregnancy. Thanks!

As a medical professional, I must say the staff at Aspire Pearland are amazing. They make you feel like a person and not a patient. Dr. Dunn has amazing beside manner and cares about his patients. From check in to check out you will be pleased with the Aspire Pearland team.

Dr. Dunn is truly exceptional. From the very first visit, he made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He has an amazing heart—kind, compassionate, and incredibly patient—while still being extremely professional and thorough. His bedside manner is outstanding; he takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and creates a calm, reassuring environment during what can be an emotional journey. I never felt like “just another patient.” I am so grateful to be under his care and would highly recommend Dr. Dunn to anyone seeking a fertility doctor who combines medical excellence with true humanity.

Today was our last appointment with Aspire. Dr. Abdallah and his team have been amazing in every step of the process. Ceci was absolutely amazing and really cares for the patients. The front staff is always so accommodating and welcoming. We definitely would recommend this clinic for your needs. It’s a long road but with this amazing team and a lot of prayer you will come out on the other side. We are 10 weeks with our miracle baby. So grateful! Aspire in Pearland is awesome. Ceci has been a rockstar nurse to me and my family! She always answers my 100 + questions and Ive always felt her support. Dr. Dunn was very kind and patient. Today was my graduation and I will miss everyone but I’m so grateful for their kind spirits. This journey is tough so it makes a difference.

I can’t say enough great things about the Clinic! The process wasn’t easy on your body. But for the most part, Nurse Ceci and Dr Nurudeen make the process pretty straightforward. Nurse Ceci communicates medications and appointments and any procedures thoroughly through the app. We sat down Dr Nurudeen at the beginning to set out an overarching plan, so we knew what to expect. Overall, they take you step by step, and you never feel lost.

The Dr. is thorough and answers all questions during consultation, but the office staff is misleading. I was originally told that the consultation fee would be $160. I am then sent a payment request for $260 stating that they include US and bloodwork in the consultation fee with an appointment 5 days after consultation. Prior to providing payment for the consultation I specially asked the patient care coordinator if I had to test within 5 days or simply secure an appointment within those 5 days - I was told I simply I had to schedule, not test within that timeframe. I knew I wouldn’t be able to test within 5 days as I already had a busy work schedule following consultation. The PCC assured me that I could still test later and it would be included. I decided to move forward with the consultation based on that information. I am now told I owe $566 for US and bloodwork because I’m not testing within 5 days after consultation. They include weekends within that time frame even though they aren’t open so one really only has 3 days to test even if they don’t have appointments available. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of on the phone and prefer texting within the app which they don’t respond to quickly either. It’s been a disappointing first experience with a fertility clinic. They make it difficult for those of us that have to pay out of pocket due to insurance not covering fertility.
