I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Saunders and her team. From day one, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I never felt like just a number. Her calm confidence and clear communication helped ease my anxiety throughout my fertility journey. I went through 3 IUIs and one IVF cycle, and every step was explained with such clarity and compassion. During my egg retrieval, Dr. Saunders was so sweet and reassuring — and the anesthesiologist was incredible too! The nurses at both the Katy and Piney Point locations have all been so kind and supportive. During my first 10 weeks of pregnancy until graduation everyone was so caring and I had multiple appointments to monitor and to make sure everything was good. My baby boy was born on April 2026 and we couldn’t be happier. 💙 Shout out to the nurses and receptionist! Everyone is great! Specially Kristi. I feel like they become family. If you’re looking for a fertility doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable but also kind, thoughtful, and truly present with her patients, Dr. Saunders is the one. I am beyond grateful for her guidance during one of the most important journeys of my life.

Dr. Yeh and the entire team were incredible. They are the reason I was able to have children and my specific protocol was not IVF. I know it can feel like most fertility centers only really offer IVF, Aspire HFI looks at you holistically to determine what your best path forward is. I am forever grateful 🤍

Most of the staff are nice but the phlebotomists have dropped the ball not once but twice! The first consult my wife opted out of genetics screening which was on file and the technician went ahead and did it anyway and charged it! They said “well sorry !” MEDICAL ERROR! The second time I went for my appointment 5 minutes early and this other phlebotomist now says it’s too late and they didn’t take me on my 4pm appointment? I was early, and now you make me spend one hour in traffic just because you want to go home early? Wow the patient EVER first here ????

I wish I would have read the reviews before going through this place! The only saving grace, that I’m trying so desperately to hold onto in order to convince myself that I wasn’t scammed, is that Dr. Yeh was very knowledgeable and took time to really understand my case and explained well what his recommendations were. The frustrating part, though, is that I was told when I scheduled my initial visit, that since they didn’t accept my insurance, the self pay fee they collected upfront would cover the telehealth appointment as well as my initial lab work and ultrasound. However, when I wanted help scheduling my labs, because the only instruction we were given was how to schedule a semen analysis, they informed me that they were keeping my deposit since I would have had to schedule the lab work and ultrasound within 5 business days from the telehealth appointment for my self pay fee to be honored. I was shocked and angry since no one had mentioned this “requirement “ before. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of during this vulnerable time in my life! Needless to say, I won’t be continuing with this clinic. If anyone needs a recommendation, I would say to give Ingenes Institute of Houston a try. They seem much more upfront with pricing, and your diagnostic transvaginal ultrasound is included at your first visit.

I felt very comfortable moving forward with our fertility journey with Dr. Saunders.

I love Aspire! They have been helpful throughout my journey of family building. Everyone is nice. My experience was unique and one that I can look back to with gratitude. Aspire HFI - Katy, what you do and more importantly HOW you do it, with kindness, and clear compassion. I have never, not once, felt like just another number patient. Every time we attend an appt, Katherine greets us in the lobby with a smile to welcome us to the clinic. Afterwards, a bundle of nurses and NP’s will assist you with the same sentiment. Infertility and subsequent IVF is a very stressful time. This clinic will not only answer your questions and concerns with prompt answers, they will cheerlead you along this journey. Top. Pick. You won’t regret it. No matter what the outcome is, we are already so grateful for this team!

No recomiendo para nada a este instituto ni a estas personas que solo te ven como dinero Hace un año fui con ellos porque quería empezar mi familia me hice 3 exámenes con esta instituto unos de sangre el espermiograma de mi esposo y mi histerosalpingografia, después de un tiempo no pude continuar por problemas económicos debido a que sus precios son absurdamente elevados y fui con otra clínica Pozitivf la cual recomiendo totalmente porque ya estoy embarazada, en esta clínica me pidieron exámenes anteriores para ser considerados y no tener q incurrir en otro gasto. Llevo más de 3 meses pidiéndole el resultado de mi histerosalpingografia y lo perdieron nadie sabe d donde me saque el resultado que la propia Dr Maya evaluó, cuando le pido mi historial de pagos para que me hagan una devolución del dinero me dan un número que no existe, sin línea telefónica. Por favor tomen mi ejemplo y no gasten su tiempo y su dinero con personas e instituciones inescrupulosas e irresponsables si esto hicieron con el resultado de un examen médico imaginen lo que puede pasar con sus embriones, tal vez luego de 10 años darte cuenta que no es tu hijo biológico. Lo peor de todo es saber que todo esto me lo hicieron en represalia porque no pude continuar el proceso con ellos que falta de humanidad.
