They took the time to answer our questions, explain each step of the process, and make us feel comfortable throughout our journey. My doctor was Mrs Reem Sabouni. She was an amazing doctor thru my IVF journey. She was patient kind understanding and she was able to comfort me if I had any worries. If anyone else is going thru this journey or is thinking about going thru this journey I would recommend Mrs. Reem Sabouni. I loved my doctor. The entire staff at the sugar land and Houston location were amazing very friendly and kind. The facility was also very calming and relaxing and clean. I had an amazing time experience. If I had to do this journey again I would chose the same place and same doctor.

After a long and emotional fertility journey, we cannot say enough wonderful things about Aspire HFI and the incredible team that supported us every step of the way. We had the privilege of working with Dr. Sabouni, and we are so grateful for her expertise, compassion, and confidence throughout our treatment. She always took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make us feel like more than just another patient. She gave us hope during some of the most difficult moments and celebrated every milestone with us. Over the course of our journey, we visited several Aspire HFI locations, including Sugar Land, Piney Point, Memorial, and The Woodlands. No matter which office we visited, we consistently received exceptional care. Every front desk team member greeted us with kindness, the phlebotomists made the countless blood draws as comfortable as possible, the nurses were compassionate and encouraging, our financial coordinator helped us navigate the financial side of treatment with patience and clarity, and the egg donor team guided us through an incredibly emotional and complex process with genuine care, professionalism, and support. Our path to growing our family included both IUI treatments and ultimately egg donor IVF. Fertility treatment is not an easy road, but the entire Aspire HFI team made us feel informed, supported, and never alone throughout the process. They celebrated our victories, helped us through the disappointments, and always treated us with compassion and respect. Today, we are thrilled to say that we have officially graduated from the fertility treatment phase to the OB/GYN phase of our pregnancy. Reaching this point once felt like a distant dream, and we truly would not be here without the exceptional care we received from everyone at Aspire HFI. To Dr. Sabouni and every member of the Aspire HFI team—thank you for helping make our dream of becoming parents a reality. Your dedication, expertise, and compassion have changed our lives forever, and we will always be grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend Aspire HFI to anyone beginning their own fertility journey. Can't believe I wasted my 2years with this clinic. Thinking the know what they are doing. I was told to stop treatment with this clinic but I refused only to get disappointed.

Absolutely horrible!! Stay away! If I could give 0 stars, I would! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where you don’t have to chase people down for answers or labs results YOU PAID FOR!

I am beyond unsatisfied with the customer service/ Financial Practices that this clinic has offered my wife and myself... As a consumer, I would advise in my own opinion to anyone that is looking for services of such to look elsewhere.. It is difficult as it is to go through such avenues already and then to be treated like we have is just not ok

STAY AWAY!! This clinic’s billing practices are unacceptable and unethical. I was required to pay upfront for IVF-related services, which I did. The clinic then billed my insurance incorrectly, using the wrong information, causing the claims to be denied. This was their error, not mine. To make matters worse, I have not been refunded for services that were never rendered. Despite repeated follow-ups since August of 2025, there has been no accountability, no urgency, and no resolution. Holding a patient’s money for services you did not provide is indefensible. IVF is already emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting. Patients should not have to fight a fertility clinic just to get their own money back, especially when the clinic is at fault. This experience has added unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. If you’re considering this clinic, get everything in writing, double-check every billing detail, and think twice before paying anything upfront. I would not trust them to handle finances responsibly.

Just wanna say that Dr Skorupski - don’t waste your time with him. He does NOT care about his patients. He is uptight and bedside manner could use a lot of work. I didn’t like how he spoke to us and how little he seemed concerned with actually helping us. Problematic.
