Can't believe I wasted my 2years with this clinic. Thinking the know what they are doing. I was told to stop treatment with this clinic but I refused only to get disappointed.
Great experience & team. They responded quickly to all of my questions week after week and reassured me at every step.
You're wasting your precious time and money in my opinion with this clinic. They didn't do genetic testing on my wife before the IVF which blows my mind now that I think about it. They don't really care if you're successful. It's a money machine. They did the transfer and sent my wife home and basically said "good luck." It failed. A few years later for 1/4 the cost, we tried again at a clinic in Colombia, and it was successful. Completely different experience with patient care. Their genetic testing found an issue with her ability to process Folate. Every day immediately after the transfer, they were checking on her and providing treatment. Completely different level of care.
Absolutely horrible!! Stay away! If I could give 0 stars, I would! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where you don’t have to chase people down for answers or labs results YOU PAID FOR!
Dr. Randall Dunn is one of the most compassionate physicians I've ever worked with. His bedside manner is exceptional -- he truly listens and makes you feel seen, heard, and valued. He never rushes appointments and takes the time to dig deep into complex fertility issues instead of offering surface-level solutions. After previous experiences at other clinics, including CCRM, where I often felt more like a number than a patient, Dr. Dunn has been a complete contrast. He is open-minded, thoughtful, and persistent. He doesn't give up. While we are still waiting on our success, I feel incredibly hopeful and grateful to be under his care. The nursing staff has also been consistently kind and supportive. I know some reviews mention billing frustrations, but fertility coverage is largely determined by individual insurance plans and carriers -- something that can vary greatly and create confusion. In my experience, the care and compassion provided by this clinic have been outstanding. Infertility is hard. Having a doctor who genuinely cares makes all the difference -- and Dr. Dunn absolutely does.
I am beyond unsatisfied with the customer service/ Financial Practices that this clinic has offered my wife and myself... As a consumer, I would advise in my own opinion to anyone that is looking for services of such to look elsewhere.. It is difficult as it is to go through such avenues already and then to be treated like we have is just not ok
STAY AWAY!! This clinic’s billing practices are unacceptable and unethical. I was required to pay upfront for IVF-related services, which I did. The clinic then billed my insurance incorrectly, using the wrong information, causing the claims to be denied. This was their error, not mine. To make matters worse, I have not been refunded for services that were never rendered. Despite repeated follow-ups since August of 2025, there has been no accountability, no urgency, and no resolution. Holding a patient’s money for services you did not provide is indefensible. IVF is already emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting. Patients should not have to fight a fertility clinic just to get their own money back, especially when the clinic is at fault. This experience has added unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. If you’re considering this clinic, get everything in writing, double-check every billing detail, and think twice before paying anything upfront. I would not trust them to handle finances responsibly.
If we could give this company 0 stars we would. We scheduled an appointment to see what our options were since we have been struggling to conceive for the last few years. We went to our appointment and spoke with a Dr. for 5-10min. About possible options and he wanted to order some labs and tests to get started. Before anything was ordered I wanted to check how much insurance would cover. I called and found out that progyny doesn't cover anything until a $1000 deductible is reached and that the visit today would cost nearly that if we moved forward with the tests. My wife and I didn't have $1000 to spend that day and wanted to just pay for our visit and save for the tests to be done in a month or two. We paid a $50 fee and thought that was the end of it. Aspire proceeded to charge us $240 for a 5-10 min. Conversation where we received no information that we hadn't already gotten from google. After disputing this charge they told us that we were charged for a 45 min session. Please do not use this company unless you want them to take advantage of you and charge outrages prices. They really don't seem to care about families but the money. We had looked forward to using them to help start a family but learned quickly that this company is a major scam.
Just wanna say that Dr Skorupski - don’t waste your time with him. He does NOT care about his patients. He is uptight and bedside manner could use a lot of work. I didn’t like how he spoke to us and how little he seemed concerned with actually helping us. Problematic.
My husband and I have had a 3 plus year journey with this facility. Dr. Sabouni was fantastic answering questions and has been with us throughout the process. We had three rounds of egg retrieval, 1 miscarriage and I am now at 27 weeks. I would say always come prepared with questions and concerns but the team was very knowledgeable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
