A Truly Amazing Fertility Doctor and Team ❤️ Aspire Fertility Main Street has the best Team! I am incredibly grateful to have found such an amazing fertility doctor , Dr Randall Dunn. He is not only an expert in his field, but also very caring, compassionate, and dedicated to his patients. Even when my embryo was not considered the best quality, his expertise, knowledge, and experience gave us the opportunity to try. He believed in the possibility, carefully guided us through the process, and thankfully, it worked! Today, we have a healthy and beautiful baby, and I will forever be grateful to him for helping make our dream of becoming parents come true. ❤️ I also want to give a special thank you to Bridgette, who is truly the best nurse! She was so caring, supportive, and reassuring throughout our journey. All of the nurses and staff were wonderful and made us feel cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who is struggling with fertility. His expertise, compassion, and dedication can make such a difference. We will forever be thankful to him and his entire team for helping us bring our healthy baby into this world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My husband and I met Dr. Randall Dunn yesterday for the first time for our consultation with him. He listens very well and answers questions thoroughly. The whole office is super sweet, and Dr. Dunn is very educated and down to earth. I’ve gotten many emails and messages from the staff making sure all communication lines are open, which makes me feel comfortable. They are on top of things for sure! I’m excited to start my treatment and journey with this team.

When I say Dr. Randall Dunn and his team (Aspire overall) has been the best experience ever! To be where I am today, my husband and I thank you for making our dream come true! Can we say ABOVE AND BEYOND! He was so professional from the beginning to end! The staff including the staff at my near by monitoring clinic was amazing! I will be forever grateful for how Dr. Dunn and the Aspire Team had made our journey memorable!

My experience with Aspire HFI felt more like a corporate assembly line than individualized medical care. Clinically, my results here were poor compared to a later clinic I used. Despite being older during my second cycle elsewhere, the other clinic retrieved 50% more eggs. This suggests Aspire relies on standardized, one-size-fits-all protocols rather than tailoring treatment to the specific biological needs of the patient. The logistics were equally frustrating. After moving to a new city, I needed to transport my frozen eggs to my local clinic. This became a fragmented, months-long ordeal. I was caught in a loop between Aspire, their third-party transport company, and my receiving clinic with no central coordinator. Aspire charged high fees specifically to facilitate this transport, yet I was still forced to act as my own project manager. I sent dozens of emails and repeatedly followed up just to get basic forms filled out, only to have staff members tell me it was not their job to help. Aspire operates like a massive corporation focused on maximizing patient volume and revenue. Fertility treatment is already one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through, and instead of providing support, Aspire only increased my stress and anxiety. If you want a clinic that prioritizes patient outcomes over corporate throughput, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Aspire HFI gave me the greatest gift I could ever ask for! I came here never having done IVF and Dr. Nurudeen guided me through the process. I had to have multiple surgeries and had a potential miscarriage- and she always fit me in for emergency appointments or calls. They have locations all over which is helpful if you need options. I am now returning for a second pregnancy and despite the years she remembered our situation and is making a plan now. This was the only clinic that worked with our insurance but I am so glad we ended up here!

You're wasting your precious time and money in my opinion with this clinic. They didn't do genetic testing on my wife before the IVF which blows my mind now that I think about it. They don't really care if you're successful. It's a money machine. They did the transfer and sent my wife home and basically said "good luck." It failed. A few years later for 1/4 the cost, we tried again at a clinic in Colombia, and it was successful. Completely different experience with patient care. Their genetic testing found an issue with her ability to process Folate. Every day immediately after the transfer, they were checking on her and providing treatment. Completely different level of care.

Dr. Dunn is so kind, patient and happy to take as much time as patients need to understand the process and options.

Dr. Randall Dunn is one of the most compassionate physicians I've ever worked with. His bedside manner is exceptional -- he truly listens and makes you feel seen, heard, and valued. He never rushes appointments and takes the time to dig deep into complex fertility issues instead of offering surface-level solutions. After previous experiences at other clinics, including CCRM, where I often felt more like a number than a patient, Dr. Dunn has been a complete contrast. He is open-minded, thoughtful, and persistent. He doesn't give up. While we are still waiting on our success, I feel incredibly hopeful and grateful to be under his care. The nursing staff has also been consistently kind and supportive. I know some reviews mention billing frustrations, but fertility coverage is largely determined by individual insurance plans and carriers -- something that can vary greatly and create confusion. In my experience, the care and compassion provided by this clinic have been outstanding. Infertility is hard. Having a doctor who genuinely cares makes all the difference -- and Dr. Dunn absolutely does.
