DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. MY COUNSELOR Melinda IS ALWAYS trying to rush me off the phone, doesn't know how to use Zoom and doesn't help with resources.

whatever you do be watchful for a 'counselor' named Jonathan. he told my finance he's broken and can never be fixed causing my partner to feel even more alone. not only that Jonathan also paused a telehealth recording to tell my partner he comes from money and doesn't even need his job, then started recording the Telehealth session again. very unprofessional and can cause lasting effects on someone who is already in a dark place.

Very disappointed in valley cities. They have very little compassion for their clients .. employees are far to overworked so they tend to take their frustrations out on you ..I've been a client here for over 3 years they have let me down time and time again..from therapist..to case managers ... If your truly I need for help or seeking any kind of therapy I recommend you go else where.

Was able to set up an apt that was sooner then I expected ! Staff was very helpful especially front desk Kayla who was very knowledgeable and took the time to really help me .

I've left like 5 voicemailmessages to be able to make a appointment throughout the week, I've been waiting for a call back all week to make a appointment still no call back. I've been a client with Valley cities for 15yrs NEVER have experience this issue til now..... Really disappointed.

A seemingly great combination and collaboration of a team that was truly available to assist my family in reunification. Even though covid the appointment options were truly the best option for my family. Regardless of the external circumstances and factors of an opportunity which was not in the interest of a partnership with dyfs and doc whom chose a path that was not the best and or appropriate for my spouse or my children. Which is truly sad because the complexity of what was needed was something that was addressed and fully available at the time. Would absolutely recommend this team for anyone dealing with complex or multi faceted dynamics , the team truly had the potential to truly transform and create a successful environment which addressed each and every aspect and focused on the priorities that were needed and important to us . Included fmla and each and every step of what was completed and what was to come . As well as truly able to report it back to the court in a far more reliable manner then prior.
