This is probably by far the best program in this area especially the transparency of this program. They literally saved my life and for that I will always be grateful. I would recommend to anyone to at least give them a try because you deserve it! I didn't feel that I did when I walked through the doors and made that first phone call but now over a year later my life has done nothing but change for the better and continues to do so. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain and make a better life for yourself and your family.

I was here for a few months and it was a wreck. Phone tag to get appointments and then 3 monthw into having my counselor they tried to switch my counselor with out my approval, which that counselor helped make sure I didnt get switched but then I lose her a mo th after and got no answer from the office or email from. To many patients for to few counselors here I suggest another place.

Suffered abuse by a counselor there. They were trying to start a relationship with me and it made me feel super uncomfortable and caused me even more trust issues and other problems. ValleyCities did NOTHING to help me besides give me a new counselor. The counselor that was taking advantage of me had NOTHING happen to her for her malpractice

This is the biggest joke of a mental health office that I’ve ever come across. As a place where people go to get help or the medication they need, they sure do have an awfully difficult time answering their phones. Played phone tag with them for TWO WEEKS. Not to mention the lack of availability for appointments once you finally get ahold of the office, because every therapist is dealing with too many patients for them to be able to help anyone to their fullest potential. Let’s just say I took more from one section of a work book I bought on Amazon than I ever did in the year of seeing these “professionals” at this office.
