In the way of mental health clinics, I feel they far out weigh other clinics in the area. I just recently switched to this Mental Health Clinic, since I felt I was not getting the care I needed at another provider. I have been happy with the switch, my therapist, and case management. (So far, so good.) Much better then where I was going. Nice large, clean lobby, and they follow Covid protocol very efficiently. When going into office, but they also do therapy over the phone.
Extremely competent personal; patient, understanding, considerate, educated, talented trustworthy counselors in each of their own specislities. Talk freely, tell him or her your deepest concerns, as they are there to help you.
I’ll tell you what Valley Cities DOES do. They keep on trying to make a difference. The help they have provided for me has been exceptional. My team understands my needs and I appreciate the fact that I can say thank you for one more day. Keep it up Kent Valley Cities. You are my heroes.
Clean, well staffed, large lobby with a variety of seating.
I could use some help!
Very good and pleasantly surpriseing.
I come here voluntarily for psychological counseling and psychiatric medication monitoring. The clientele are a mixture of court ordered and voluntary. I love this place. After almost two years of not being able to get any help regarding my PTSD, depression and anxiety, I finally was referred to Valley Cities. I had tried Sound Mental Health in the past, as well as Seamar. Both left such a negative impression I never thought I was going to get help. Then came Valley Cities. I love the staff here - they are respectful, courteous and kind. Their specialists and physicians are great and do their best to help you in any way they can. I have never felt judged walking into this facility by staff or clients. If you're looking to get help for psychological issues or chemical dependency issues, I highly recommend it. They have individual sessions, group sessions, etc... It may take some time being set up with the correct person/counselor/psychiatrist, but that's par for the course for us Medicaid recipients. Try Valley Cities first! They also have locations in Renton, Auburn, and a few other cities/suburbs.
I've been working at Valley Cities for 21 years. I love working here.
for over a year, I have been a client of Valley cities Mental Health. and in that time have found them to be dependable, reliable, honest and decent. as well as having what appears to be the most caring group of professionals I have ever met. Dave; PTSD, and other issues.
I believe that Valley Cities is a great place, they have helped me with so much and still continue to do so.
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
