A wonderful place to relieve my pain and stress
This facility has care coordination which other facilities don't have for similar services. This is really helpful to have someone to keep counseling, medication management, and goals all presentable at one place, even when dealing with some off site care.
Friendly business taking care of people's mental health needs. Very professional counseling with a upbeat staff. I would recommend.
Nice kind helpful Good atmosphere
The first time I called the lady hung up on me before I finished my sentence then I tried calling back and she sent me to voicemail, such poor poor poor customer service its ridiculous.
Would have helped if they had mentioned on the phone that they moved to another location or put a sign up on the old location stating they moved or mentioned on their website. Not happy
This place needs a strict investigation. When you enter to the clinic you won’t see any patient around which means something is wrong here. I visited this place and wanted to make an appointment but they said we don’t have appointment available and it will take several months to see a doctor. This is not acceptable when you mention “walk in” in your website but in reality when you meet them they will tell you a different story. Very disappointing!!!!
Needed to get my kid in to get help for his ADHD. Called the call center and didn't get through to anyone (this becomes a theme). They call me back for the initial interview so his file is set up. Great! I'm told they only do in-person initial screenings on Tuesday and Friday. They are first-come first-served, you can't set an appointment except by calling early on those days, and the only location for his age group is in Federal Way. After that, the interviews can be virtual. I live in Seattle, but they are the only office that called me back, so I can make one trip. That was two months ago. I've called nearly every Tuesday and/or Friday and could not get through to anyone. Left voice-mails in nearly every department. They were really good about calling back for the intake interview I had already done, but nothing else. I finally took a day off work and a day out of school for him to drive down there. When I got there, I was told the intake nurse was working from home and it would be a virtual interview. Remember when I told you the first one had to be in person? Yeah. So I drive back to Seattle with him to set up for the interview and we have connectivity issues because of course we do. We can't talk so she types asking what issues he has and I reply ADHD. She then tells me they don't service ADHD in kids or adults! No one could have mentioned that after the dozens of voicemails I've left?! Terrible place, terrible service, don't try to take your kids there because they probably can't help them anyway
Waste of time go elsewhere
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
