Can you guys disconnect from me spiritually since I only stay home
They have someone working for them that is trying to steal financial information from people online and exploit them. Why would anyone employee such a terrible human being?
What a joke of a place finally get an appointment after several attempts to do intake then we get canceled and reschedule tell us arrive at 830 for a 9am appt and give us tons and tons of paperwork to fill out then ca cancel our appt while we are filling out paperwork!!!! My child finally reached out for help and you have made it soo difficult for a 13 year to get help !!!
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Every single time I call to schedule an appointment A) I can never reach anyone. B) I get to voicemail and leave a message BUT NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I swear this is the worst counciling service experience ever. On top of that, They reschedule and cancel my Wife's appointments without so much as a call or question to see if that okay, they have done that to her at least 6 times now. Do better Valley Cities.
I'm about to grab my medical records and leave. They never answer the phone. They've canceled my appointments and didn't say anything to me. I literally had to walk into the building to see what's going on. Leaving multiple voice mails should not "add more time to the time it takes to respond." That is a complete lie that a desk woman told me after trying to reschedule an appointment for 3 days.
Valley Cities是可以做儿童和婚姻心理疗愈,心理咨询的非盈利机构,这是其中一个工作点。
Waste of time go elsewhere
This place needs a strict investigation. When you enter to the clinic you won’t see any patient around which means something is wrong here. I visited this place and wanted to make an appointment but they said we don’t have appointment available and it will take several months to see a doctor. This is not acceptable when you mention “walk in” in your website but in reality when you meet them they will tell you a different story. Very disappointing!!!!
Needed to get my kid in to get help for his ADHD. Called the call center and didn't get through to anyone (this becomes a theme). They call me back for the initial interview so his file is set up. Great! I'm told they only do in-person initial screenings on Tuesday and Friday. They are first-come first-served, you can't set an appointment except by calling early on those days, and the only location for his age group is in Federal Way. After that, the interviews can be virtual. I live in Seattle, but they are the only office that called me back, so I can make one trip. That was two months ago. I've called nearly every Tuesday and/or Friday and could not get through to anyone. Left voice-mails in nearly every department. They were really good about calling back for the intake interview I had already done, but nothing else. I finally took a day off work and a day out of school for him to drive down there. When I got there, I was told the intake nurse was working from home and it would be a virtual interview. Remember when I told you the first one had to be in person? Yeah. So I drive back to Seattle with him to set up for the interview and we have connectivity issues because of course we do. We can't talk so she types asking what issues he has and I reply ADHD. She then tells me they don't service ADHD in kids or adults! No one could have mentioned that after the dozens of voicemails I've left?! Terrible place, terrible service, don't try to take your kids there because they probably can't help them anyway
A wonderful place to relieve my pain and stress

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
