What a joke of a place finally get an appointment after several attempts to do intake then we get canceled and reschedule tell us arrive at 830 for a 9am appt and give us tons and tons of paperwork to fill out then ca cancel our appt while we are filling out paperwork!!!! My child finally reached out for help and you have made it soo difficult for a 13 year to get help !!!
I don't see many reviews, the last one being in 2015. I can assure you that in the last 5 years they have not improved at all. I have foster kiddos who need mental health services and unfortunately VC is one of the only games in town that takes their insurance. The overall competance is laughable. The treatment plans are a joke. What little help the kids have gotten is from me driving the Counselor in the right direction. If you need serious treatment, forget it. They refuse to diagnose and treat anything but the most basic, uncontroversial issues. There is no regard for your actual mental health. It's all about those billable hours. If you can....go elsewhere! Your well being will thank you.
Pretty bad. Went in for veteran services & I guess when I went they might have had some staff changes or turnover, I'm not real sure. It certainly wasn't explained to me. I went in for what I thought was a one on one appointment. When I arrived I was met by three people two of whom were interns. This made me feel uncomfortable. Two of the three were men who I guess served in the Military. The whole ordeal was like going before a tribunal. No privacy, I just didn't want to talk to that many people. The young woman of the group was real professional. I didn't feel a connection. The social worker I didn't like. No connection. Not a great fit. Don't think she is real experienced around minority women. Her office was real stuffy no air circulation whatsoever! I felt claustrophobic. The women's bathroom at the Valley Cities Fed Way was real GROSS. Some of the clients I guess have no home training. Looked as though some toddlers used the bathroom. Don't go in there unless you want an infection. Overall the experience was below par. I won't be returning. Better training is key here.
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
