I have been going here off and on for years now. They've always been very helpful. I've fallen out of my treatment plan by now I'm sure so I'll have to complete a new intake appointment but the process was really smooth last time I needed to do this. I even was able to get right back on my exact same medications as before that I knew worked for me. I basically picked right back up where I left off. I'll be calling them real soon to get the process started again. When it comes to mental health treatment and proper care, I've been to every kind of Therapist/Psychiatrist imaginable. I've been struggling with my symptoms since I was a teenager and I'm now in my 30's. I know if I'm gonna like a caregiver within the first 5 minutes of sitting down in they're office usually. In all my time here I've had nothing but supportive therapists and helpful psychiatrists. Maybe they're not exactly "Ideal" cause of turnaround rate and needing to meet new Therapists/Psychiatrists once in awhile but I've never been to a clinic like this one that DIDN'T have something of a "revolving door" That's basically the entire field of Medicine, though. Depending on your timing and other circumstances that are out of your direct control, you might wind up meeting 2 or 3 Therapists every year at some places j%ust like you can change PCP's in an instant.. It sucks cause you have to get comfortable with someone new but it's also good exposure if you're very nervous around new people and not sure about them like I typically am but I still manage to have found common ground with everyone I have seen here and each time I've HAD to switch Therapists, it's gotten just a bit easier to adjust to it. New Psychiatrists aren't as hard to adjust to of course cause after you find combinations of medications that work with minimal side effects, they're basically just there to monitor any changes you report to them and keep the script active, making minor adjustments as they go like Changing Dosing Instructions or finding a substitute in case of unforeseen issues with a medication. Not to say what they do isn't just as important it's just not as personalized.
I haven't had a problem. I've been going there for half a year. The staff has been very helpful.

I became a patient of Valley Cities Midway a few months ago. I am very happy with the help I am receiving here. They are kind and informative. I feel like they really care about their patients and really listen to our needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care. I recieve help from the Dental office, Behavior health department and the pharmacy staff are woderful.
Although at present they do not have a specialist that can treat dissociative identity disorder, they most definitely are kind professional welcoming and all around professionals that will happily help you and connect you to the resources you need to get well.
I've been working at Valley Cities for 21 years. I love working here.
for over a year, I have been a client of Valley cities Mental Health. and in that time have found them to be dependable, reliable, honest and decent. as well as having what appears to be the most caring group of professionals I have ever met. Dave; PTSD, and other issues.
Would have given it a 5 but nothings perfect. I love valley Cities
They have handled my mental health with great care. I have a team that works with me, I never have any trouble getting weekly appointments, and the receptionists recognized me after the first few visits and always greet me by name.
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
