This ATI PT location in East longmeadow MA is by far the best! They stuck with me through my post PF foot surgery and I am so grateful! I feel so much better now. Thank you Donna, Trevor, Dan & Matt! Such a great team. If I need you again I know where to find you :)

I absolutely recommend ATI!! They don’t sugar coat your visit! I need someone to tell me and not afraid to tell me what I need to do. I will never forget these ladies who taken their time to help me!

Came for a few sessions after spraining my ankle. Everyone was very friendly - would return if I ever need PT again.

Total bill for 5 appointments was $2,250. For what? All appointments were the same yet ranged from $375-$534 per 1 hour visit. Was billed for manual therapy I didn't receive, and they didn't have any record of the co-pays they charged me each visit and double billed me. They pushed me way too hard and refused to adjust my therapy plan for increased joint pain, when they claimed to be knowledgable about my condition. Charged $56 for an icepack I had for 5 minutes, then put it back in their freezer. Check the business better bureau website to look at reviews, I'm not alone in this. This place is a scam, not surprised the Lima location closed.

I wish that I could give this clinic 1,000 stars because they truly deserve it. I never expected that I would ever had to have Therapy but due to an accident that resulted in a broken arm & surgery I needed to learn how to re-use my right arm, hand, etc... Ahmad was my Therapist and I only have good things to say about Ahmad. He is smart, funny and extremely good at his job. He made me feel comfortable about Therapy and helped me to gain use of my Arm and Hand again. The entire staff at this clinic made me feel like I was spending time with my family each time I went. They knew me by name when I walked in the door and each person would greet me personally. Their love and attention that is given to each patient needs to be bottled up and sold to other companies. The entire staff is very considerate of my needs and they treat me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Forest Park ATI for any physical therapy that has been determined to be needed.

Ahmad was amazing. I went to him after loosing the last digit of two of my fingers. Ahmad helped me build strength, mobility, and sensation back. He regularly checked in with me to make sure my expectations were being met. At one point, I was dealing with a very painful spot on one of my incisions, and I expressed my frustration to him. He promptly tried a few things, one of which immediately cut my pain by half. After continuing that treatment, the pain quickly dissipated. It really helped my healing journey. On top of all that, Ahmad was empathetic, funny, and social. His fellow colleagues were also always kind and friendly. Thank you Ahmed & team- keep up the amazing work!

I had great PT except Physical therapist talked over me. I miss their wonderful service but will never be yelled at by a physical therapist again. They do amazing cuffing, scraping, and dry needling. They do gentle exercises for older people that are disabled. I just wish it wouldn’t have been a talking contest. I wish I could go back with confidence that one particular physical therapist wouldn’t yell at me. It’s been a while so they probably don’t remember me. I tried to join in to be part of what was going on but that didn’t work either. If you can handle not being part of the conversation or being talked over then this is the best Physical Therapy I’ve ever seen. I felt better for going with them sorry I had to leave.
