just completed my 6 week course here with Tasha for a lumbar spine issue. I won't miss the back pain, but I will miss going! Tasha (and all the team) made the experience a calm, proactive and an enjoyable one. Never pushing too hard and always encouraging me along the way. My back pain has significantly reduced and my strength significantly increased. Thank you, Tasha!

I had dislocated my elbow and went for physical therapy during June/July 2024. Willie, Tasha, Erin and Marcin were always friendly, professional and did a great job getting me back to using full range of motion after my injury. Kudos to the entire team! Thank you!
