Very welcoming, friendly and professional stuff. Great team work they have , every session gave me positive results with my recovery. And the home exercise program recommended 👌
Very clean, new equipment, and the providers and staff are all great people friendly and helpful.
Staff were all courteous and professional at all times. The therapist explained clearly the objectives of my treatment and her planned progression of the treatment over time. Whilst this method would not have been my preferred treatment for my particular injury based on past treatment in other states I am willing to work with this group and give their approach a fair chance.
Brandon is phenomenal. It’s hard to find people that actually care and this place feels like it does. He took the time to really listen and provide helpful tips as I tried to slow heal.
I used to do my PT for my plantar fasciitis in my foot at the Auburn ATI. I loved them. I guess they no longer except Kaiser Permanente Insurance at that location and I am very sad now I’m going to the Lake Meridian, Kent, ATI and they are OK I suppose I get it that they are personal trainers, but I was very put off when they are talking about their size and how much they run in front of people who are barely able to move. Some people might deal with this well I am not one of those just makes me feel insignificant, and just some person who doesn’t take good enough care of themselves and I feel sad and depressed when I’m there.
The physical therapists and helpers are all so nice and really take time with you to get the best results for your issue
Great PT clinic. All the staff are terrific. I was seen here twice - once for a torn rotator cuff and once for torn meniscus in my knee. Being patient and getting encouragement to keep at my shoulder exercises has allowed me to avoid surgery and get back to my daily activities with no more pain. I had a big hiking vacation coming up and they helped me with supportive knee exercises that allowed me to hike 17 days in a row successfully. PT takes dedication and having the support to keep at it made all the difference.
All the staff here will get you where you need to be as long as you put the work in. Thank you again
I had an excellent experience working with Brandon for my physical therapy. From day one, he was professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. He created a personalized plan tailored to my needs and consistently checked in to make sure I was progressing safely and effectively. What stood out most was his ability to explain the “why” behind each exercise, which really helped me stay engaged and committed. Thanks to Brandon, I’ve seen significant improvement and feel much more confident moving forward. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy!
Got me right! Back to playing sports at 100%

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
