You will literally wait 1-2 hours for a regular sick or regular check up appointment if though you have an appointment. OR they’ll cancel the appointment after it started and you’ve been waiting on the virtual call. We had a virtual call for sick that we waited over a week and they canceled 3 minutes after it started. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very great experience here! The office is clean, staff is super kind and friendly. Even though my daughter was nervous, they made her feel comfortable by how nice and gentle they were!

I got a cleaning from Alan Fasano, he was okay, but I arrived 3 minutes late and he said he almost cancelled. The plastic utensils used to take x-rays of my mouth looked old, discolored and worn out. It's be best if they changed them to metal like that other tools used in the mouth. Overall, my experience was good.

They tell you it's a walk in from 1 - 3 and you get there at 130 and no one is in the place but that can't see you because there booked. Horrible service

The Office staff was very friendly and helpful, the Dr was very knowledgeable and the Hygienist Al was very through! But they need another dentist.. too long to make appointments!!!!

Dental emergency come in at 730 no one there call the center doors don’t open till 8 but be there 20-30 mins early to make sure you’re seen. Finally open and say sorry we overbooked drive 20 minutes away and HOPE they have space

You have to take an appointment 4 to 6 months in advance then they cancel your appointment a day or 2 before your appointment and they reschedule you 7 months later. This place is not good.

Everyone was very nice here. I was a walk in and it did take over an hour to be seen but that’s understandable because appointments take priority. The dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very good at answering questions and explaining what was going on. Thank you , I would definitely come back.
