I am confident with the two doctors that I use at the Highpoint location -Dr. Bustamante and Dr. Oki ! They are very professional, and I trust their opinions and guidance. I also never have a problem with Pharmacy. They are very reliable. Elpi always makes me feel welcome and makes sure 👍 I receive my prescriptions ! Good doctors !!!
Good taking care of my pregnancy, labor, and my baby! Thanks to all staff members!
If I could rate this place less than 1 I would. The level of incompetency that has come from this office in my last trimester is actually troubling. 1st they missed blood work that showed I had CRTICALLY low potassium. That landed me in the hospital for more than 4 days. And when I asked why it was missed. An OB or Midwife told me over the phone "oh well it was around the holiday and so it probably got overlooked". What a fantastic excuse for a medical provider who literally deals with PREGNANT WOMEN to give. Just awesome. 2ndly I had a follow up appointment AFTER my hospital visit in which they had no idea what I was coming in for. No idea that I need twice weekly NST. Once weekly blood work and a plethora of other things that needed to be carried out by them, after ensuring me and the OB at the hospital that they would be on top of my care for missing these labs. I had to tell them why I had been in the hospital and what needed to be done. At the appointment I needed paper work for my job filled out. They told me no the hospital has to fill it out since they are fully aware of my situation. Asked the hospital they said no, legally the OB office who has handled the majority of your care has to fill it out. IDK why they would tell you otherwise. I message them today because its imperative it's filled out so I'm not fired. They d*cked around all day (I sent the message and paperwork by 11am). Just to be told it's not guranted it will be filled out before they are closed for the weekend. And was given a genetic letter saying I'm okay to go back to work on limited activity. When I'm literally sitting in a hospital on HOSPITAL BEDRESTS. Not to mention the amount of times they scheduled me on days I was unavailable due to work. And then they would be booked out for weeks. This practice is a joke. Please go elsewhere if you are able. They see too many patients and are obviously and stupidly outstretched.
I'm so disappointed in evara health in general. My sliding scale increased from 40 dollars to over 100 dollars per visit based on my 2023 tax return, which was only 33,000 dollars that I made in a WHOLE YEAR. If you consider making 33,000 dollars a year survivable income considering inflation, then you are so far removed from reality. I told the representative that my income has tremendously changed since October 2023 and that the tax return does not reflect my current income. So, I literally have to push out children and be a single mom to get help with affordable health care. They are charging me 175 dollars per doctor visit and 150 dollars for therapy every two weeks. That's higher than the average therapist with a private practice. This is a joke. I might as well apply for Obama Care in which I will be doing for affordable health care. Then, the representative proceeds to LAUGH in my face about the matter instead of showing empathy. Then she proceeds to tell me they will never turn you away, but they will continue to charge me a high co pay. I'm so disappointed in this company. Now, I can no longer afford health care at this time, and I'm left with a balance almost the amount of my rent and more than my current pay check.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Lungren!!! She's so comfortable to talk to about ANYTHING. ALL of their staff is wonderful at Highpoint and are happy to go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. #Blessed
Dr. Czerwinski is the best pediatrician I’ve had my daughter seen by. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, leaves no boxes unchecked and explains everything in detail so we, as parents, understand all of it. My husband and I were having trouble with another pediatricians office, and Dr. C validated our concerns for a second opinion and she and Evara staff got us in the next morning. That, for a parent, is incredibly meaningful and gives me such peace of mind. Knowing she and Evara staff have that level of compassion is so impactful for a young family like ours and I’m so grateful I got word of Dr. C when I did. My baby girl is healthy again and in great hands if anything takes a turn. Thank you for your care Dr. C, Evara healthcare and front desk staff.
Had a great first visit. My doctor was very nice and place was clean
UP to date practice. I'm very happy
Do not recommend Evara Health in general. Doctors themselves are good but they are overwhelmed with patients and rely on their staff to follow-up with patient issues. Unfortunately both the nurses and call center staff are also in the same boat and they do not fulfill their duties. You will never get a reply from anyone via the MyChart app nor will you receive a call back from a nurse or physician. Very upset with Evara in general not just the Highpoint location!
Saved my life

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
