please run so far away from this facility. the nurse practitioner nurse quam or quan was seriously so unprofessional. she was rude, off putting, and not very knowledgeable. for example, she did not know what “eczema”was… super concerning. it was very frightening that the nurse was lacking medical knowledge. save your time and go somewhere else.

Everyone is always friendly and we love the pediatricians there.

This doctor office does not train there staff to use a wheelchair scale for there patients they only had one employee that knew how to use it. Now they claim not to have it anymore. I guess my daughter can't get a physical here because they don't consider patients like her.

Fatal the automated system hangs you up and leaves you talking to yourself and they don't transfer you with an agent

They was rude then cut me off my medicine cause other doctor don't work there nomore very rude in nasty judgment they was VERY!!! THE DOCTOR WAS RUDE WHEN he came in the room I was waiting in for almost two hours soon as he seen me he judge me in was like the doctor will tell you no too when he see you WOW!!!!!!

This was the worst visit at a doctors office that I have ever experienced. Yesterday was my first time at Evara Health. I had asked for directions from one of the receptionists in at the front desk, They got upset at me that I asked for directions and then pointed me in the wrong direction. I had another staff member point me into the right direction and I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment. The doctor barely listened to me, didn’t prescribe me my refills for my medications that I needed. I literally went to a doctors appointment just to get asked how my day was and not get asked what do I need help with. Worst experience ever and I do not recommend to any new patients. I will never go back!!

This place gets worse and worse as the days go by, I’ve called for the past few months trying to get my 12yr old a dental appointment that’s pushed all the way back to October which I don’t see how because it’s always completely empty. I’ve been showing up for the past few weeks early each morning to take her as a walk in and each time I go we get told something different. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN HISTORY and that’s sad all because the employees either are lying or just don’t want to accept us as patients and we’ve been going here for years. With all the upgrades and updates you’d think they’d hire better and more caring nurses and front desk workers but no they are lazy and not worth a penny!!!

I like my primary care dr here and the establishment overall, but getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. They dont usually respond to messages on MyChart and when I call its a 30 minute wait on the phone each time, thats if I can talk to someone. Just beware youll run into this issue when you get a PCP here.

Patient care is horrible! Weekly appointments being scheduled to over charge insurance company thus dragging out much needed procedures. Playing in patients mouths. Causing more pain than comfort.
