Evara Health's Online Review Report Card

Had a referral faxed over and the lazy, overweight women in reception weren't motivated to get off the cushion and check the fax machine. They're motivated to give attitude and not much else. UPDATE: After posting this and receiving a reply from the 'owner', I tried the direct line. The pre-written response was also a lie, as the number given goes to the same recording that all other numbers go to.

The front desk ladies are AMAZING. Alan Fasano on the other hand was rude and disrespectful. Stepped outside the front door to take a phone call and he came got me told me the doctor doesn’t have time to wait on me, that I need to be inside the door then proceeded to point at the chairs that were 3 steps away and yell at me to SIT DOWN. It was another 5-10 minutes before he came back to get me told speak to the doctor. The doctor was VERY respectful and nice. However Alan completely ruined the experience

I went in for trauma counseling and the therapist just wanted to talk about an old arrest from 15 years ago. I don't know how this place is still in business. All she really did is re-traumatize me. She also takes big issue with tarantulas so make sure that if you have pets to not mention them. She kept giving me fake sympathy and I had only been there once before this. It's obvious she doesn't care about her clients. This whole evara healthcare system is wacky and I highly recommend avoiding all of their offices. Yes, I use the word wacky because there's no better word to describe evera.

The staff is very polite/ patient Dr. cabrera is amazing

Wish I could leave a review but my first appointment was supposed to be September 10th. I was told Amy Gabriel wasn't in the office so they rescheduled me for the 4th of October. Then just called again today to let me know that appointment is cancelled and will be rescheduled for the 7th. I let the receptionist know I will not be in town then, still haven't heard back. I'm in my second trimester now and have yet to the OB.

Good morning Evarah team. I’m completely disappointed that this is the 3rd time my prenatal control and ultrasound has been cancel one hour before my appointment. I see no consideration for patients, for life, for nothing. I have ti organize my week, my husband and I have to ask for day off at work, we have to get up early, because we are responsible people. Plus we have to accept this ? Please no more. Work on fixing this situation and provide a better service. And also we have to drive 45 min to St. peat for my US’s because Evarah doesn’t have Doctors and appointments. This is not fair.

Waited for 2 months to have my OB appointment, I checked in and pay for it, for them to tell me that the doctor wasn’t there and my appointment was cancelled, the next appointment was available in 1 month, then no refund was process right away. Really disappointed 😡

Call center is terrible phone systems are terrible trying to call them is a waste of 45 min to an hour.do yourself a favor if you are new in the area avoid this like a plague.

Good service in the front desk... the Doctor was patience and nice person too, but my son gets normally terrified of shots and the lady who did my son's inyections today aungust 29th 2024 did it so fast and hard like she was mad and wasn't gentle at all, my son told her many times that he was scared of it plus she asked us to leave the room afther she finished. I didn't see her at least having some compasion for him now my son is going to be even worse with these shots I told him not everyone do that anyway.
