I want to congratulate these Evara offices for having very good staff serving there, especially Mrs. Jennifer Cristóbal who served me today in a very kind and professional manner, always smiling and eager to resolve the needs of the people who are served there. Thank you very much Mrs. Jennifer, I congratulate you. I recommend it.
Christiana is the best!
The Pharmacy tech John was amazing. He went up and beyond for my needs and these times a day you need that thank you so much for all that to do John.
This place is absolutely I would never visit again. House hold test positive for covid. We were told to come in with our son (Autistic). He can not walk good or wait patiently. So I asked if he can wait in the car until it was his time. When we were called back, they not only did not have a room they wanted him to go into ready and making him walk more than he is capable of (his legs were shaking, and breathing heavy). I then asked for a wheelchair because he was going to fall, instead of walking him in circles. Once we got in the room the comment was "what's wrong with him in such a disgust tone" I stated again we all tested positive for covid. They took his blood pressure and oxygen levels. They did not take a temperature but used a number that we got at the house. When the Mr. Dmytro Sava came in, it was if we were talking to a wall. He asked if my son is always anxious and swaying. We explained again he was autistic and he was stimming (I would think a doctor's office would know this). There was no directive given on the next steps to take, as no one in the family has had covid before. Mr. Sava mentioned that his temperature looked fine and I explain his temperature was never taken in the office, again a stare looking through us. I even explained that I wanted to check our thermometer to theirs as I think ours was not accurate. Nothing... He prescribed medication and I asked if it was safe with his other medications as he suffers from seizures as well, he said yes. Thank God for our pharmacy and they said do not give it to him as it will make his seizure medication ineffective. Supposedly the pharmacy called the office right away and explained this. They called us again saying they spoke to a nurse and waiting for a response. I called the next morning after 25 minutes on hold. I get Kim the medical assistant on the phone she starts arguing with me about no one calling about the situation at all. I asked why she is being so sassy with me when I am just trying to care for my son. She then calmed her sassiness on the phone and said she will put in an emergency call to the doctor. I recalled the pharmacy and they swear they called 3x. At this point, we have been with the pharmacy for several years and know them and they know our son. This place is very unprofessional and unbecoming of a medical practice and especially when dealing with a slightly more difficult case. We ended up at this location was because our normal Dr. was completely booked.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
