I've been with Elba healthcare over 3 to 4 years my doctor is Teresa peaks her and the staff is phenomenal I never had such a caring concern doctor building is nice and clean and she cares about your well-being Dr Teresa peaks is a phenomenal doctor

After having a terrible experience at my daughter's previous dentist, I'm happy to have her going here! Dr. Colvin is friendly and makes me feel comfortable in knowing my daughter will receive the best care she can get. Someone that takes the time to explore all possible options is very important to me. ❤️

Whoever is working the afternoon shift is very rude. I left me on hold forever and then when I finally got through they picked up and then put me back on hold after a while I hung up and then trying to re-dial the number hoping someone would pick up it was after hours, so I really felt like they did that on purpose and I didn’t get a confirmation about my appointment so that’s why I was calling absolutely ridiculous to try to get my appointment time confirmed

Dr. Colvin and his assistant Carol have been AMAZING to me. I actually look forward to my appointments. Dr. Colvin is very kind and gentle and they both make me feel at ease. I am so glad I found them! 5 star service and care! Everyone in the office I have dealt with have been wonderful as well. Thank you so much ❤️

Doctor Teresa Peak doesn't care if your medicine helps you or not. Terrible primary care. It's like she's only there to monitor your conditions and suffering. She had said she wouldn't prescribe me a medicine, and won't sign off on it, until I get a psychiatrist to. So I did. And now that it's prescribed to me, she won't even sign off on it. I'm pretty sure she convinced my psychiatrist to stop giving me my medicine, too. Either way, she saw how much improvement this medicine had made on my life, and now she doesn't even care how much it has helped. She didn't expect me to get this medicine, and after I did, she didn't keep her word to let me keep taking it. And I'm pregnant, so all of this added stress could make me miscarry. If I do, I'm 100% suing. You want real doctors to actually care about your health? Don't go here.

I do love Robert Kickish as a doctor, he's sweet, easy and despite the 1+ hour wait time, he makes the appointment quick but throughough. However the referral department has made this increasingly painful (literally) whenever I need to schedule appointments with a specialty doctor, sometimes waiting weeks to have them fax over information to said specialty doctor.

This is a newer name but I've been a patient here along with my Wife for nearly a decade. They provide OUTSTANDING CARE AND SUPPORT for nearly all aspects of our health. The one service they offer that I don't use is pain management as my dr in that area I've been with for 20 years. WE TRUST THEM FOR ALL OTHER HEALTH NEEDS!!!
