Been going to davita for over 3 years and l have been more than satisfied with the treatment l have received . it all. Starts with Candy the Lady who runs the front desk-she is the nicest woman that you would ever want to meet and she is the glue that holds the front end down.would like to single out Head Technician Amber Poll she is definitely the one who holds the treatment room Together and this place would be a zoo without her.àlso want to acknowledge Nurses Emily.Carrie Chris and Tech Sharon these are great people who do a hard job and l am glad to know them

I made a different email so I wouldn’t be recognized but this facility is poorly managed and the turnover rate is very bad and racism and tension is very high with me being a minority patient and of minority community you notice everything and there is allot of bullying of minority workers where they can’t even last long enough to keep decent enough people who are dedicated to their job and actually have care for the patients and concern I do not recommend this facility at all they change staff so much that your at health risk of damage to your access even if they work with the head tech Amber there are still techs who don’t take this job serious at all and if she’s not there to assist you your at risk because they have so many new techs and there turnover rate is very poor

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE DIALYSIS CENTER DAVITA KIDNEY CARE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND I CAN TELL YOU ALL RIGHT NOW THAT IT IS A SPECIAL PLACE AND IT A GREAT PLACE TO GET THE DIALYSIS TREATMENT YOU NEED THE PERSON WHO HOLDS THE PLACE TOGETHER IS HEAD TECHNICIAN AMBER POLL SHE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL To ME SINCE THE FIRST DAY I STARTED GETTING TREATMENT AT THE CENTER OTHER GREAT PERSON IS NURSE MEGAN HARRY WHO ALWAYS ANSWERS ALL MEDICAL QUESTIONS THAT I MAY HAVE TO ASK ABOUT SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING AND WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. MORE GREAT STAFF INCLUDE TECH MELISSA MIDDLETON AND CENTER ADMINISTRATE ASSISTANT CANDY WHO HOLDS THE FRONT DESK DOWN THEY ARE ALL GOOD PEOPLE BUT I WANTED TO MENTION BY NAME THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HELPED ME THE MOST SINCE I HAVE STARTED TO GET MY TREATMENT AT THE CENTER
