The people here are supposed to support and bring comfort to their patients and they have done nothing but make my mothers life a living hell. No one would choose to do this for the rest of their lives and in the case of my mother it has been a truly difficult decision to live by. But the people here are so rude and callous. She goes three times a week and literally every time she comes home something has happened. They will ignore her if she speaks to them or make a smart comments. Having your blood drained cleaned and pumped back into you drains you and she is already little and weak as it is, but if she asks for help tying her shoe the will tell her no or just walk by her. It's absolutely ridiculous that the people put in charge to help these patients can act and treat a sick person this way and nothing is done about it. If you complain to the social worker they just tell the nurses who complained and what was said and the treatment gets worse. I'm looking into getting my mother out of that hell hole and non of those people should be working with patients let alone patients who rely on them for their lives.

If you find yourself a regular here such as me, your life has gone to hell and you are going through major organ issues. and going through MAJOR lifestyle changes. Everyone here understands that and they treat you nothing less than excellent. The staff here are truly rays of light when your life has fallen into a dark abyss. I credit them for me not wanting to abandon hope and give up.
