I have a relative that goes to this facility for treatment, I am amazed that this facility remains open. My relative is not aware that I am leaving this rating but I do so because I'm concerned for their health, safety, and the sanitation of the facility as well as the staff's sanitation practices. In our conversations, the staff is very unprofessional and contriibute to the creation of a hostile environment: profanity in front of patients, arguing amongst each other, workplace competition, lack of competent leadership,, and jealousy. It seems that this facility does not have policy for employee best practices...medical and/or patient interaction. It makes me wonder about the government oversight and inspection as well as staff review and training. Individuals/patients have enough to worry about with their health and should not have extra concerns with the legitimacy of staff and the condition of the building. What of the leadership? What of the governmental regulation of this facility? I hope there will be immediate improvement!!!

Even with construction going on, this team here at this branch of DaVita still work hard and help take care of my husband as well as the rest of the patients. There's laughter and friendship and just a great time when we come. Even if there's a bad day, they still have a way to make us smile. Thank you guys for all you do! <3
