This is by far one of the worst place to take your loved ones. The staff doesn’t take into consideration the dialysis patient health risk & issue and they have staff that doesn’t know how to properly insert a needle into the arm etc. All the staff needs to be re-trained and focus on their patients correctly instead of being and acting careless with them!!!

This is the worst facility I've been. They're so unorganized and one of the nurse name Jennifer are so rude to patients. No one complaints because the manager are even tolerating this behavior and you would even hear the techs gossippings about patient. This is not a safe clinic as the nurses doesn't even know how to use the AED's machine. If you want to live longer then definitely this is not the clinic for you.

Profit before patient. Never more than 2 nurses and 2 techs for 20 of us. Employees work insane hours. The nephrologist seldom rounds. I dont feel very safe here.
