ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. A few technicians try, but the majority weren’t trained very well. The techs also seemed to be very overworked with several mentioning that they had been on their shift for over 13 hours. There was also an issue with the technicians lacking empathy and being very inappropriate. One gentlemen said to my grandmother “you live by yourself...you don’t want to make me angry”. We tried to tell his supervisor about his threatening behavior and she accused my grandmother of being a liar (which she never has been). If you care about yourself or your loved one, STAY AWAY.
