This location is a revolving door technicians,social workers nurses and nutritionist come and go always short handed the manager that is over the location doesn't know what he's doing and patients are late getting treatment this place is not what it use to be in 2017 since after the pandemic it's went to hell

This place needs a whole new staff. My daughter goes here & she gets the worst treatment. The receptionist is very rude upon checking in. She asks my daughter "who r u" Instead of asking her "what is your name." The social worker is hardly ever there. She was suppose to speed up the process for my daughter to get disability but haven't done anything. The kidney Dr. Is never concern about my daughter. He always tell her she's 🆗️ when she tells him about certain symptoms she's having. He doesn't care about any of her concerns.

I am writing this review on behalf of a love one who was a patient at Divita on Cottage Grove. In my opinion for one Kidney professional, Dr. Anit Bharat, own and or run this center. This doctor lacks very serious communication with her staff. During or after dialysis of a patient, if they are not well and need hospitalization, Dr. Anit Bharat does not call for an ambulance. She release a weak, sick person and tell them to go to an emergency room on their own. This causes delay in diagnosis and treatment that can lead to death. This doctor only care about getting patients in their dialysis chairs. She only treats the kidney problem and ignor other health issues a patient has. A good doctors know that they must treat the whole person. A good dialysis doctor ensures that their dialysis patient receives immediate hospitalization when needed without delay. Dr. Anit Bharat, pose a threat to life to her patients when she refuse to call for an ambulance to her dialysis center. She also pose a threat to life she don't even advise a patient to go to an hospital emergency room at all. Dr. Anit Bharat is incompetent and negligent and pose a threat to her patients. If her patient gets hospitalized and she is aware, Dr.Bharat does not get assigned to her Divita patients. She does Not get involved with their kidney care at the hospital period. This doctor doesn't visit her dialysis patient at all. Word to the wise, kidney patients beware! Choose a better dialysis center.
