They add fees and do not explain. You can be here for 6 minutes for a check up - only see the doctor for about 3 minutes and two weeks go by- boom a 300$ bill )with insurance) avoid this doctors office.

Doctor was nice but there was no transparency in regards to pricing. I got charged $400 for a 5 minute consultation even though this was supposed to be in my insurance network and also got charged additionally for a biopsy which I never even heard back about. Everyone was very helpful I just wish there was more clarity beforehand.

This was my first visit to the Dermatology Specialists on Union Square. Molly was great! Did a full exam and addressed my problems. Everything was quick, painless and to-the-point. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Jennifer Racanelli made me feel so safe and comfortable with an embarrassing issue I had. She was very patient despite me being anxious and having a lot of questions about my skin condition. I can’t recommend her enough. The front desk staff was very friendly as well, and registering for an appointment as well as filling out the forms was so seamless.
