I was taken quickly after checking in Esther Chong and her assistant Samantha were kind and caring I had 2 moles on my neck biopsy The whole procedure was painless and explained to me They were thoroughly professional Also the lady at the front desk was lovely

Well you sent the forms 5 minutes before the appointment and we are 17 minutes past and yet not seen. Plus your forms are ridiculous to fill in on line with no human override. Fix your systems please and this is not a good review at all. I am planning to change dermatologist for my entire family because of your fronting systems.

Dr. Danziger was polite, efficient, took her time, a great listener and I have complete confidence in her. Looking forward to my next appointment and definitely will refer other people to her great skills and professionalism. Thank you!

My experience with the medical team was excellent. Dr. Nitin is a fantastic dermatologist, professional and friendly. I was very happy with the care I received. Unfortunately, the billing department is a major issue. They overcharged me, claiming I owe $14,030 despite my insurance's EOB clearly stating a much lower patient responsibility. They refused to correct the error or issue a refund. The excellent medical care is completely overshadowed by this frustrating and unprofessional billing experience.
