don't go to any branch of this company. I went here in July, and for some reason now in OCTOBER I'm getting an extra bill from them for $95 with absolutely no context? I wish I listened to the other reviews that mentioned this. they WILL bill you for absolutely no reason MONTHS after your visit and after you've already paid. what a total scam of a company.

I visited Dr. Popatia today and this was one of my best experience with a doctor. When I first saw her review while looking for a Dermatologist, I did not believe what was being said about her but once she opened the door, it came to me that this is definitely a Doctor Who cares. She displays excellent bedside manners, gentle, thoughtful, a real human being at heart. I had two procedures done one that I had done before which was a little painful. Today I felt nothing in addition to that what really captivate my heart was her compassion, her patience her ability to explain things in a way that persons who are not in the medical field can understand exactly what she’s saying. If you’re looking for a Dermatologist, who cares, one who will solve your problems, please come see her. You will never regret. In fact I think this would be your last time searching for a Dermatologist because she will become your Dermatologist. May God bless this lady and keep her. Dr. Popatia is a true model of what a doctor should be. The world needs more doctors like Dr Popatia. She treated me like a patient and not a number.🙏❤️

not sure why they billed 3 separate lines for a 5minute visit/cortisone shot. at 520$???

Outrageous pricing, receptionist on personal phone calls cussing while also talking to patients, broken iPads, much more professional offices elsewhere

Dr Deng is extremely thoughtful and pays attention to detail, he remembered my visit from 6 months ago and was quick and efficient with a treatment plan. Also the office is super clean and welcoming, the entire staff does a great job.

Great dermatology care, very professional and with a spotless clinic. Highly recommended.

Yeah, this is a scam business. They’ve charged me multiple times for the same service and apparently their policy is that they won’t tell you why for 90 days. Much better doctors and less scammy options all across the city. Highly avoid! Update: the email provided below to “solve the issue” is another aspect of the company’s scam. No reply or acknowledgement after I reached out immediately. They want to give the illusion that things are working but their operations are completely broken.

Worst dermatologist I ever been too. I made a appointment by phone and when I showed up for the appointment. They said I had no appointment. I waited 1 hour just to fill out forms which was delayed electronically, they just said oh I'm sorry. Other people was also seen before me even though they came a 30 minutes after i arrived. Then when I finally get into the examination room. I wait for over 1 hour just to be seen by the Dr Deng. I am never ever going back to this third rate facility
