I deleted my previous review thinking the issue had been resolved, but I’m writing again because the same problem keeps happening. You keep scheduling appointments without properly checking the insurance, and even after having an appointment time, I still end up waiting for a long time. I really don’t understand why you make appointments in the first place.

The doctors are great but this practice is absolutely horrible because they double and triple book patients, so the wait times are terrible. I have been seeing my wonderful doctor for 10+ years and may have to find a new derm since she joined this terrible practice. They need to have some respect for patients.

Very courteous and kind medical assistant/receptionist who helped straighten out an insurance issue. Minimal waiting time. Dr. Brickman is fantastic—thoughtful and reassuring while being thorough and efficient in her exam. A star!

Dr. Gruen is a delight. Extremely knowledgeable and professional of course, but also fun and kind. She listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I’m literally looking forward to going back next year.

Good service but getting an appointment takes weeks. Great providers.

Dr Gruen was warm, knowledgeable and kind. I, and three other patients waited over ONE HOUR to see her. Two of us had the same appointment time. The receptionists did not engage with us to inform us of the wait time. Disrespectful to the patients.
