NIGHTMARE! Billing is just horrific don't go here! They charged wrong codes to my insurance and insurance somehow paid for services they didn't provide and their office refuses to fix it! Now I can't get a physical bc insurance says they already paid it. Fraud. How does their derm Dr Joyce Kang charge my insurance for an annual physical?? And refuse to fix it?!Never EVER go here. Heed the billing warnings. Absolute FRAUDULENT

I always have a great experience with the Dermatology Specialists! I used to go to the location in south street seaport and lower east side, but I moved to Murray hill and I’m now closer to this location. Always an excellent experience when I visit!

I was referred by another patient that goes to this location. I needed an appointment for my son who hasn’t had any luck with previous dermatologists. I decided to make an appointment here and right away they had amazing availability. We were able to get an appointment right away. I can’t wait to see the difference in my sons skin.

This office is Amazing! The staff are super friendly ! The front desk always answers every silly question of mine with no issue . The providers are so attentive especially Rachel & the assistants in the room go above and beyond . Highly recommended
