Customer service is very efficient and friendly, the place is very clean and organized, as a new patient they sent me a message to fill in all my data at the end in less than 5 minutes I got the appointment by message everything was very fast, the doctor who attended me was very good and very professional she was telling me about my problem and the truth is that I was very delighted with her, I recommend this office 100%

Terrible. Waited in a freezing exam room for 35 min during my visit and was rushed through the apt. Then needed a change in prescription - called them 3 times asking for the practitioner to reach out and was told he would (never did). Submitted 3 requests for support (the website said they answer the same day) - never go an answer. Good marketing, poor patient care.

I was looking for a dermatology specialists , my dreams came true. Mrs. Hailey Brickman was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about wrinkle's on my face and she did the best treatment possible to me. I do really appreciate her. Thank you. Sonia
