Five stars is very deserving. The entire staff at Chad on Newkirk Avenue are very, very, very confident very very helpful very knowledgeable and they create a great space for me to be in particular acknowledgment to prabnoor (I hope I spelled, her name, right). She creates a warm comfortable space to be in, and her confidence and knowledge of physical therapy or something truly to be admired. And the team that works with her, especially Raoul, Her all deserving of my appreciation and thanks I highly highly recommend Jack services and one mention to Jerome who’s head of the Physical Therapy department he creates an environment in space that’s great to be in

Awful experience. Over crowded. Was seated in the PTs office and there were notes on a client just left on the screen. The PT hadn’t even begun his assessment of my body and said “so, how many times would you like to come?”. Do not go here.

JAG Physical Therapy is a very friendly place and has very knowledgeable staff! I am currently being treated for my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. I need to give a special shoutout to Nidhi and Chinmay for the amount of support they given me post surgery. They always go above and beyond to help me when I arrive for my PT sessions. I always look forward to my visit because of the exercise and the friendly staff/ environment. I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy.

Where do I begin. . . My Therapy Family here at Jag One (1414 Newkirk) are totally awesome. This is my second time around (pre- and post- operation; so happy and content to be serviced by this Team led by Jerome. Nidhi, Nick, Miechella, Raul, Yoselin, Pravilika, Joey, Marco and all the others I haven't mentioned. Service with a smile. I feel brand new everytime I leave. Even the other patients are like one big family here. Thanks you all. Josi
