Excellent!!!! Arpita was wonderful, I started to feel better after the first visit. She was exact on her evaluation of my condition and gave me the correct treatment for it. I was quickly feeling like myself again, with no pain. Thank you Arpita and the entire Jag one staff, they were all kind, friendly and very caring and professional.

The entire staff at JAG - therapists, assistant therapists, and front office staff - are wonderful people. Everyone does a phenomenal job and they're all warm and friendly as well as clearly focused on the well-being of their patients. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Aayushi, my wonderful main therapist. This branch of JAG will always be my first choice, no matter where I am in Brooklyn.

I’m more than happy to share my experience i have total knee replacement & i spend two months doing PT now im back on my feet again thanks to my therapist Briana is so professional, kind , friendly & Dirk is very friendly & professional the staff are simply amazing the clerks are so kind & very helpful patient i highly recommend Jag Physical Therapy at Bay Rigde !

JagOne PT 4th Ave Review: Years ago, in the midst of COVID, I had my second hip replaced and decided to give JAG Physical Therapy- 4th Ave a try after unsatisfying experiences with others in the neighborhood. Stephanie was my therapist and it was an incredible experience. She worked with me for both of my new hips and got me back to my normal life in record time. Now, I am back after bilateral total knee replacements. Ria is my therapist now and she is amazing. She worked with me pre-op to prepare me for this challenging surgery. Needless to say, everyone in the hospital was impressed with my ability to walk and maneuver the stairs right after surgery. Ria gives me appropriate exercises and tailors them as needed, she works with me each session for stretching, massage and to assess my physical, as well as, my emotional progress. At times I work with PT Dirk who is also incredible and just steps right in and knows exactly what I need. You can’t go wrong with any PT here. The support staff like Omari and Josh are also amazing. They work very hard to make sure all the patients are looked after while making them feel welcomed and at home. You can see that many patients look forward to coming to JagOne 4th Ave. The front desk staff is welcoming and the insurance, copay and scheduling process has been seamless. I recommend JagOne 4th Ave to everyone I know.

I had to rehab a total knee replacement. JAG Therapists were GREAT. Especially Dirk. We did Pre surgical therapy AND loads of post-surgical work - for MONTHS. But it was worth it. "New" knee now better than original knee. If you are willing to do the work, these people WILL get you BETTER!
