yesterday was my first day starting therapy the customer service ten out of ten,front desk she was very professional 👌🏽everyone friendly dr.stanley did a wonderful job with me my neck started to feel great already.

I went to the Brooklyn Hanson Pl location. Be careful with this company, the therapist never showed up for one my appointment and they charged me, I agreed to have them apply the charge to the following visit and then they erroneously double charge me on my last day. They have the nerve to say it could take 30 days to review and credit me. Why should I have to wait that long to be compensated when they were wrong!!! This is terrible customer service!!!
