I am very satisfied with the service that JAG has provided me and I would not change anything and I am very pleased with the therapy with the follow up with the instructions with the care with the respect and the assistant that I receive. I highly recommend Vrinda and the team. I am so happy that I chose this location and I have been seeing improvements Immediately in my back and I will continue to work on those at JAG. Thank you so much.!!Vrinda and the team are exceptional team and highly professional!
Great experience with Erin as my therapist here. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend JAG, and particularly Erin, to anyone who needs physical therapy.
The physical therapy at this clinic is good; I have no complaints in that regard. However, my experience with their billing department has been extremely unprofessional. Before booking my first visit, I called to confirm the cost of each session, as I would be paying out of pocket due to my high-deductible insurance plan. I was told that each visit would cost $120. This was presented as the full amount I would be responsible for, with no mention that this was just an estimate. Based on this information, I booked my first session and continued with five additional follow-up visits. After about six visits, I received a letter stating that I owed an additional $200 for the first three sessions, which has since increased to $400 after six visits. I called the billing department to clarify, and they informed me that the original quote was simply an estimate. This makes no sense to me. I’m paying for the services entirely out of pocket, with no involvement from my insurance company at this stage, so how could there be a miscalculation? The bill increased by 56% from the original quote, which is completely unjustified. I could understand this if my insurance company were involved and there had been an adjustment on their end, but that’s not the case. My deductible hasn’t been met, so there’s no reason why the cost should change. It seems unreasonable, if not unethical, for the clinic to quote one price upfront and then charge a significantly higher amount later on. What's to prevent them from continuing to raise the bill arbitrarily? Due to this issue, I have canceled all future appointments and will not be returning to this clinic. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.
I started physical therapy afraid that I had a permanent injury in my lower back and hip. I was avoiding walking to compensate for it. Erin and her team reassured me that I was fine and put me on a plan. After two months of working the plan, I'm back to walking and running like normal. I'm proud of myself and impressed with how resilient my body is, and I'm grateful for the support in making that change. Bonus: it's fun there. I'm gonna miss it...but not enough to injure myself again ;-)
Caring attentive knowledgeable and go that extra mile to help you get better
Erin was an amazing physical therapist and truly helped me when I was at such a low point after my disc surgery. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the whole process. I can’t thank her and the staff at Jag enough for everything they have done to help get me get my life back!
I really liked the Doctor and all the staff of JAG Phisical Therapy. It was a pleasure to be treated by them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
