The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. The therapists and staff know their patients very well and consistently check on them to make sure they are ok while doing their exercises.

My Physical Therapist Alicia Wong ,is absolutely the true meaning ,of hitting the "" Jackpot"" she absolutely listens to your concerns, fears, needs and what are your future goals that you would love to accomplish after you heal and finished therapy. To find someone who listens to all your concerns and works hard towards you striving to do better and be better in the near future is one of the best gifts anyone can receive on their healing journey,Miss Alicia Wong positive attitude towards all her patients, colleagues, clients is absolutely amazing ,I am 110 percent satisfied with my progress she works hard to help you do better and become stronger, The staff that I met is absolutely understanding and trys hard to work with everyone needs , concerns and schedules they all are patient and understanding of everyone needs and tries hard to work with your schedule ,without attitude or judgment, that's extremely important because nobody knows what people are going through in life. YES, their is one thing I think you can do better is to have COVID TEST AVAILABLE FOR ALL STAFF ,and to MAKE IT MANDATORY THAT ANY STAFF MEMBER or client ,THAT feels SICK WITH, FLU SYMPTOMS OR COLD OR POSSIBLE COVID MUST TAKE A COVID TEST BEFORE THEY START WORKING or receive therapy AND IF POSITIVE GO HOME,IF NEGATIVE THEY MUST WHERE A MASK AT ALL TIMES UNTIL THEY ARE BETTER, BECAUSE COVID CAN TAKE DAYS AFTER BEING EXPOSED ,TO SHOW POSITIVE results , THIS SHOULD BE FOR PATIENTS TOO, ALSO ENCOURAGE patients/clients to RESCHEDULE IF THEY KNOW THEY AREN'T WELL ,ANYONE WHO THINK THEY MAY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED OR DON'T FEEL WELL, BECAUSE I HAVE new borns at home and around the elderly ,THAT HAVEN'T BEEN VACCINATED AS YET and this can be terminal for their young age to fight or someone of a greater age ,I WOULD HATE TO BE THE CAUSE OF THEM OR ANYONE GETTING SICK,somethings can't be avoided, but using proper precautions and having test available for staff and explaining to patients/clients THROUGH ""JAG"",<< Voicemail >>if not well with flu systems please get tested for covid or stay home until better . Have COVID TEST AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. JAG IS FABULOUS AND IF YOU HAVE THE HONOR TO MEET MISS ALICIA WONG give her a chance to show you that her goal is to help you to get better ,stronger and feel happier with your progress ,but you have to do your part and show up and try to do your homework, exercises and in time you will see progress . I have never been to physical therapy before. However, I must say that this facility set the bar REALLY high. The staff is second to NONE. I even observe the way that they treat each other. They treat me the way that they treat each other - like family! I have 3 more sessions left. I would almost fracture something else to have more sessions. Lol, and smh. Just kidding! Anyway ,I just want to say THANK YOU, JAG Physical Therapy. 🫡👊🏾💪🏾🙏🏾❤️
