Bed Stuy location is new and is never crowded when I’m there. There is little to no wait time. Shrushti is a knowledgeable, humorous and excellent PT; the other staff are all super nice. Overall, the experience is great and I would highly recommend the Bed Stuy Jag location.

Experienced staff in a great facility that is well maintained and clean. Dr. Alafeyah Lokhandwala is encouraging, professional, knowledgable and will prioritize and target your greatest need. All around great care at this location, wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

Hidden Fees! Be very aware, I ended up paying + USD 800 for 3 sessions with them and only found out months later of the total cost. They have hidden fees that you a patient won't know and will surprise you. To make matters worst they kept emailing me and sending messages to schedule more sessions because I was "under scheduled for my treatment". I would have ended paying thousands for sessions that to be completely honest you can do by yourself at any gym.

I was treated in the most professional manner. Dr. Alafeyah is very humble, honest and respectful. I appreciate all the hard work that the staff put into helping us, the consumers. Kudos to all of them.

Alafeyah was helpful, patient, and encouraging throughout my PT course! The facility was clean and well maintained — great experience that resolved the issues I was experiencing.

Came in unable to move my arm above shoulder height, and had problems sleeping because of the pain. After some easy and friendly sessions, I got full mobility back and zero pain. I hope I don't have to do it again, but if I have an issue, I know where I'll go. 👍

Dr. Alafeyah is great she takes her time to care for each patient while guiding them with the proper exercises. Physical thearpy has been helping me regain my balance also providing help with all my feet and ankle issues. Physical thearpy has been a big help I recommend this place and Dr. Alafeyah to everyone.

I have learned so much from physical therapist, Alafeyah Lokhandwala, regarding how to intentionally maintain good posture via various exercises to do such . As a therapist, Alafeyah is passionate ,knowledgeable and willing to explain the processes needed to obtain a mutual desired end. As the clinical director, she does an excellent job in ensuring that each patient receives appropriate attention and that exercises are executed properly while in the facility managing others.. It was a pleasure to be under her care.
