I just love this place so much. I have done PT with Lydia and Katy- both amazing! The staff is great and they make sure that you feel comfortable every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs PT 🙌🏽

I had got a lot of physical and mental improvement at Jag on my second term return. Timely attention Experience staff to assist and walk your through your daily exercise. Constant reminder to enable you catch up with your next appointment. Good job that one can recommend.

The therapist and the assistant are great, I had foot surgery and used them , I was back on my foot in no time, they patient, caring and supportive. I really love the way they took care of me

JAG Physical Therapy in Valley Stream provided top-tier care for my 11-year-old daughter after she suffered a knee injury. From the start, the entire team was incredibly attentive and caring, always taking the time to listen to her needs and adjust her treatment accordingly. What truly impressed me was how much my daughter looked forward to every session—they made her feel comfortable and motivated! The atmosphere is always positive and upbeat, with a great balance of professionalism and fun. The conversation and music make each visit an enjoyable experience. Scheduling was a breeze with flexible hours, including late nights and Saturdays, which was perfect for our busy schedule. A huge shoutout to Ray, Bhoomi, and Colleen for going above and beyond in making my daughter's recovery a smooth and enjoyable process. We couldn't have asked for a better team!

Targeted assessment Plan to reach goals constantly assessed. Goals reasonable but challenging - well chosen exercises. Head PT knowledgeable and intuitive in execution of healing modalities. In a nutshell - hope to return when able.
