JAG Physical Therapy in Valley Stream provided top-tier care for my 11-year-old daughter after she suffered a knee injury. From the start, the entire team was incredibly attentive and caring, always taking the time to listen to her needs and adjust her treatment accordingly. What truly impressed me was how much my daughter looked forward to every session—they made her feel comfortable and motivated! The atmosphere is always positive and upbeat, with a great balance of professionalism and fun. The conversation and music make each visit an enjoyable experience. Scheduling was a breeze with flexible hours, including late nights and Saturdays, which was perfect for our busy schedule. A huge shoutout to Ray, Bhoomi, and Colleen for going above and beyond in making my daughter's recovery a smooth and enjoyable process. We couldn't have asked for a better team!

I went to Jag Physical Therapy in Midwood, Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn. I needed rehabilitation for a broken ankle and subsequent surgery on that ankle. I must say that the entire staff was fantastic! The most important thank you goes to the head physical therapist Mr. Denys Dukhlenko who worked with me one on one to completely regain function of my ankle. I couldn't walk without the aid of crutches when I first went there...however, today my gait is strong and I can do everything I did before the accident. Thank you Denys and staff! You are all wonderful! ❤🙏

Absolutely a 5 Star rating! (JAG VALLEY STREAM, New York) From my first appointment I felt welcomed! My primary PT is Bhoomie. She is great! Very knowledgeable, caring and easy to work with. If she is with another client, the other PT’s or the assistants will jump in and get me started on a machine or exercise, or answer a question. Every one is caring, knowledgeable and has a sense of humor. Great front staff as well. Whether on the phone or in person, always friendly and helpful. JAG PT Valley Stream is not only therapeutic but a “feel good” place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The staff in the Clifton location are beyond professional!! All of the staff is friendly and make the environment very welcoming. Availability is a huge plus!! I was able to get my son set up with his physical therapist Devin quickly!! Devin is the best!!
