A Life-Changing Experience with Kashish Shah In my opinion, Kashish Shah is an outstanding physical therapist. From the very beginning, it was clear that she was deeply committed to helping others heal. I am incredibly grateful to have had her as my therapist. To be honest, some of the exercises she recommended were challenging—even painful—but I never hesitated to return because of the trust and connection we built. She not only helped me physically, guiding me through my scoliosis treatment, but she also supported me mentally. What sets Kashish apart is her ability to understand the emotional struggles that come with physical recovery. As a young man working through anger issues, imposter syndrome, and anxiety, I finally felt like someone truly saw me. She helped me accept my inner struggles rather than suppress them, offering exercises that strengthened both my body and my mind. For any young men struggling with their emotions and looking for a physical therapist who truly cares, I highly recommend Kashish Shah. She didn’t just help me heal—she helped me find a new sense of self. Thank you, Kashish.

TLDR; Mediocre facility, over-booked trainers, and jokers running the front desk / billing. I’d go and have three other people attended to by the same trainer during my half hour time slot. It blows me away that they get away with booking multiple people at once; it doesn’t leave them much time to review your form or attend to specific questions. I moved over to HSS and it was a dramatically better experience. Not only that, but it’s almost a year later and these guys still send me phantom bills in the mail. I’ve gone in person twice and called many times to resolve the billing issue. Every time they tell me it’s on their end and it’ll be solved but they clearly never get around to it. I’m only posting this now because I just checked my mail and have another bill from them. Jokers.

I had a script from my doctor for physical therapy for severe lower/upper back pain. I called Spear Physical Therapy, as my doctor has said they were the best.But I never even got a chance to go by the receptionist desk.SPEAR Physical Therapy called Me at 238 pm, after receiving a referral from my doctor. My original appointment was for 2:30 pm, so why did they say at 2:38 pm to go up there, if they knew they could not keep my appointment time? They told me the best thing to do was "To come up to E84 Street Anyway" Which I did.then they rejected me, because I was late! I was ready to go there at 10 am ,but it was indicated to me repeatedly, that it was best to be seen with a referral. (All I had was a script) My physical therapy script was pretty much like the referral they eventually accepted, which was re-sent to them, the same day I called them. I had to indicate that My Dr. had referred me to Spear Physical Therapy, but the script they accepted mentioned no such thing! When you do not feel well, you have no time to be treated so disrespectfully! It’s great that they are so busy that cannot see anyone at the present time, so I can take myself to an establishment that can see me.Physical Therapy is not rocket science, and there are plenty of other places to go to besides Spear Physical Therapy. The good news is I am so angry, that I actually feel a little better! And so it goes……..

First time was a 30 minute session where i was given some exercises that had nothing to do with my injury. They’ll give you a link after with videos that you can follow on your off says. Save yourself the money and just go on youtube for free content!

For me, they set me up with videos to do at home. I came in and they don't pay attention to you. They don't correct your form. My specialist had me do exercises from the videos and either just walked away or was on her computer. Don't waste your time or money here.

My therapists, Meredith and Kirstan are the best. Spear is clean and effective with amazing staff.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They as also very knowledgeable and courteous during each individual session. I am very pleased with my results. Ken

I'm dealing with a hip issue and my Dr. referred me to Spear. I can't say enough good things about Rachel & the team! The location is super clean and the staff is both knowledgeable and an absolute delight. I've only had a few sessions, but noticing progress after each one.

I was visiting with Meredith for some troubles with my shoulder. I liked the atmosphere of this place a lot, they play nice music and there's friendliness abound. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to schedule my recurring sessions at my preferred times. Even if my same therapist wasn't able to guide me through the whole session, the other physical therapists were there to check on me, which was helpful.
