I would recommend Ranjitha Mohan to anyone who had pelvic floor issues like me. She had incredible bedside manner, always made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions (no matter how complex or how silly they were), and was attentive to my physical therapy progress/pelvic floor journey. She always knew what stretches to recommend and instructed me on how to do them properly. Besides her great attitude, her work really delivered real results. I no longer struggle with the pain and discomfort that I experienced prior to seeing Ranjitha. Thank you to Spear PT assistants and especially to Ranjitha who helped me get better.

I highly recommend Yogesh, physical therapist at Spear! After I sprained my ankle, I had a hard time moving my foot without pain. From the first session, he made me feel confident and reassured me that I would recover step by step. He was very professional, always taking the time to explain each exercise and how it would help my ankle heal and get stronger. He listened carefully to how I was feeling and adapted the treatment based on my progress. Thanks to his support and guidance, I gradually regained full mobility in my ankle and can now walk, exercise, and move freely again. I’m really grateful for his help. He’s not only skilled, but also kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the process.
Shoulder is improving and I am able to do most functions with only mild pain. The tennis elbow is improving very slowly, but we knew this would take longer. The tennis elbow did make a sudden jump in improvement a week ago, but it still needs time for healing. Thank you again for the helpful therapy. Joe Sopaik

I had the pleasure of working with Carl S. for my meniscus tear rehabilitation, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. He is incredibly thoughtful and tailors each session to fit personal goals, ensuring that progress aligns with individual needs. Carl is also a great listener, taking the time to understand concerns and make adjustments as needed. His dedication to seeing improvement week after week truly sets him apart. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, making the rehab process even smoother. I highly recommend Carl and this facility to anyone looking for personalized, effective physical therapy!
I can't recommend the PT's at Spear enough, especially Carl! Following a referral from my doctor for neck and back pain, I started PT with Spear. I've had ongoing neck and back pain for 5+ years now, and after a couple months of working with the amazing PT's here, my pain has definitely decreased as long as I keep up with the exercises and stretches that they taught me. I've worked with a couple PT's now (Carl, Esha, David, & Helly) and they are all amazing, very passionate about their work. In the past couple months I've been seeing Carl who specializes in TMJ pain, and he really did wonders for my TMJ, neck, and back pain. He really took the time to understand my concerns and never hurried through a session. He is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Additional, the rest of the staff at Spear are so kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend Spear to anyone looking for physical therapy!
I worked with Carl for several months. He was always incredibly friendly and approachable. He made sure to explain the why behind every kind of therapy he used. I have felt so much better since starting PT with him. I couldn't recommend Spear more!
I very much enjoyed working with Carl here when I went for PT for my knee. I felt he was attentive to how I was doing and assigned me challenging but helpful exercises to help with healing my IT band. He also did a great job helping to massage/work with my IT band to get it less stressed and more able to move. Overall, a very helpful experience.
