During my four-month tenure at Spear, I had the privilege of working with Minha Park. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and professional care. I have been grappling with peroneal tendinosis, and Minha devised a comprehensive plan to assist me in rebuilding my strength and mitigating the challenges posed by flare-ups. As a result, I now possess the knowledge and expertise to continue my strength training regimen and engage in exercises that were previously prohibitive. Thank you Minha and Spear Team!

I’ve been going to Shravani for the past few months with multiple ankle/hip/foot issues. Most PTs treat one thing at a time but Shravani has always held time to give me holistic care, which has been massively helpful for my recovery. Thank you so much Shravani!!

Terrible PT. Rude billing. Poor communication

I started seeing Ritika for severe back pain due to a herniated disc (L5 S1)—it was painful even to bend over and put on my shoes. From day one, she was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is fantastic, and I always felt comfortable during massage treatments. She’s very understanding and adjusted exercises based on my limits while providing great recommendations for stretches and exercises at home. Ritika helped me set and achieve goals, including being able to travel comfortably on long flights. After seven months of consistent sessions, I’m no longer dealing with spasms or sharp pains. She’s also great with communication—she answers emails promptly, and scheduling/rescheduling is easy. The front desk staff and tech assistants are all a pleasure to work with. The only downside is that the waiting area is freezing in the winter—maybe a wind door would help! Highly recommend Ritika for anyone dealing with pain!

I had an incredible experience at Spear -- Kendra was knowledgable, compassionate, and patient with me throughout recovery journey. When I first came to Spear, I was a little bit nervous that I'd struggle to regain my full range of motion, but I ultimately made a full recovery because of how dedicated & welcoming the entire staff was.

It was great working with Shravani and the team at Spear. She created a program specific to my injury and adjusted as I got stronger. It was helpful that they have an app for at-home exercises that show the how-to and how many reps/sets. My orthopedist was very happy with the strength and flexibility I gained.

I worked with Kendra after I fractured my wrist and elbow and I got my strength back within a couple of months. She was great to work with and the entire staff is very welcoming!

If you have a nagging injury this is the place to go. Friendly and knowledgeable, Highly recommend Ritika and the whole team.
