I benefitted immensely from my year of twice-weekly sessions with Akshaya Savant at the 14th Street Manhattan location. She is wonderful! The professionalism of everyone I encountered there was outstanding, as was the camaraderie among the staff. My highest recommendation!

I saw Alexis for chronic pain/weakness in my hips and she was absolutely incredible! I went from frequent pain from everyday activities to virtually no daily pain within a few months. Alexis and the whole Spear team are kind, caring, and committed to helping you with your specific needs. I really appreciated how attentive Alexis was to my therapy and her fun, engaging attitude towards PT!

The therapy I am currently receiving at Spear 14 street is great. I had tennis elbow for several months. Since I started therapy here. It gradually improved and I am just about back to normal prior tennis elbow. Sharwari is great and very skilled in therapeutic treatment. At Spear they will get you back Into the Big game of LIFE!

Spear on 14th street is fantastic. Shashank and the rest of the Spear team did an incredible job guiding me through exercises to help me walk again! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a physical therapist!

Awesome facility and staff. Georgina is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. Her care made a huge difference and I’m so grateful for her guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need help again—highly recommend!

I was in tons of pain when I walked into spear and only a few weeks later I was back in the gym lifting heavy with a really positive outlook on my physical health. Lexi and the whole spear team are unsung hero’s in modern medicine. Not only did Lexi know exactly what she was talking about, she did so with so much enthusiasm and pride that I was just a pleasure to walk in. It helped get through this injury and I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit them again.

I worked with Alexis and it was a great experience! She adapted exercises so that I could do them in a way that didn’t exacerbate my symptoms. Speak Union Sq also has great positive energy and is a wonderful atmosphere for anyone to do PT - they make it fun and enjoyable!
