I highly recommend Spear Physical Therapy, Manhattan (formerly Plaza Hotel) to any person seeking/requiring PT. The professionalism of these dedicated therapists, receptionists and assistants are exceptional, warm, pleasant and welcoming.The PT assigned to you will be attentive to your specific needs, knowledgeable and will work with you to reach your goal. Kara Kaplan has helped me over time with my issues and I made some improvement. I look forward to our time together for she has consistently provided me with the level of care comfortable to me and I have complete confidence in her and in Spear. Thumbs up to Spear!

Excellent Service. I can honestly say that my tendinitis has been resolved. As long as you put the work in you will be fine! The plaza hotel team is the best. Shout outs to Nour my PT, Anieya PT Tech and Shekara-CC your service and calm personalities made it all worth it. Thank you 🙏🏾

If you only have a minute to read this, then all you need to know is you won't find a better team than Nour and his team at SPEAR. They are genuinely dedicated to healing you - physically, mentally and emotionally, and put an incredible amount of time and hard-work into creating a program that is customized to fit and challenge you to become your strongest and healthiest. I am a personal trainer, mom of two, and fitness is more than my way of life. When I heard the snap in my lower back in March during a routine workout, I was devastated. An x-ray showed that I had not just injured my lower back, but that I had existing mild scoliosis and a tilted pelvis. This injury was clearly just waiting to happen. I began PT with Nour at the end of April. The first session alone showed me that I made the right decision in choosing SPEAR for my recovery. Nour's assessment was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and detailed to me in a way that made sense. I didn't have to second guess what my treatment was going to entail when I left that day. I love that he put everything in an easy to access app so I could do exercises on my own at home when needed. The front desk staff is the warmest and most receiving as well - love the energy Shekara and Jojo bring to the team! My workouts used to be the highlight of my week, but I have to admit, I look forward to seeing Nour, Anieya, and Coco three times a week. The camaraderie and respect they have for one another comes through in their work. It makes my day when they have to come up with new exercises to engage me and challenge my core strength. I know I'm going to walk out of here stronger than I've ever been and I have them to thank for it. They are going to be greatly missed when the final day comes!

Spear PT has taken such good care of me over the last 6 months. The whole staff is extremely caring, I feel that my needs are heard and listened to, and it's a fun environment to do PT in, making PT something I look forward to instead of something I dread.

Amazing experience. I got 100% better after being very well cared and receiving close attention. Everyone is friendly and the place is nice. Nour is a talented physical therapist and has a deep knowledge on the treatments.

My experience with Noor and the other physical therapists was extremely positive. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and relaxing. They all have great personalities, and I felt that they were very competent. If I have to return for more physical therapy, I definitely want to go to the same facility, and I will request to work with Noor.
