Over the past couple months I have worked with Malik to rehab a complicated chronic sports injury. Malik was able to piece together different contributing factors across an old ankle injury, a weak glute muscle and a painful flare up in my lower back. His exercises always perfectly targeted exactly what needed to be mobilized and strengthened. After years of trying and failing with other PTs to address the underlying issues leading to my hip instability and back pain, Malik has been able to solve my various imbalances and painful issues. Im grateful to Spear and Malik for providing their top tier services.
