Everything seemed great at first, however once I decided to get a second opinion because some of the pricing didn't seem correct all chaos broke loose and it showed me what type of company they are. Even though they claimed to have sent over all my x-ray pictures to this other company it took not only myself but the other company to assist with getting those transferred over. When I get to my appointment with this second opinion they inform me this company BRIDENT had only sent over 4 pictures none of which were the teeth that I had issues with. Back and forthing with them and the insurance company was damn near impossible. In the long run be careful who you get your examinations from because now I am screwed for the next 4 years on x-rays I thought were properly taken and they refuse to work with the insurance company to be able to revoke said crappy pictures. Irritated now I get to pay out of pocket for pictures that are actually worth a damn.

Personally, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist to where I don’t go anymore, so I was super nervous looking for a dentist for my infant daughter. This Brident location has been nothing short of amazing. She had her first appointment at 8-9 months old and the staff was super gentle and friendly with her. She just had her second checkup and again, I was very impressed with them. Who knows, maybe I’ll schedule myself an appointment!
