The whole Staff was very Professional. The dentist was exceptional. Because of my fear for dentist's he was very understanding , reassuring and respectful, of the fear that I had, stating multiple times is almost out ,almost, he had stopped a couple of times so i could calm down ,'it appears that I didn't make his job too easy,' I was embarrassed, of myself, and truly sorry for that. I really appreciate him taking the time, in working with me. I would not think about going anywhere, but Brident.Dental for all of my dental needs.

Don’t go you will b disappointed.. they numb my daughters mouth then come back to tell me they can’t do the procedure due to them scheduling two at the same time.

This was my first visit to Brident Dental, my wait was a little lengthy, but once I was seen, they really explained everything that was needed and got me a great discount.

I didn't receive treatment. I checked in on time for my scheduled appointment but waited 3 hours and never call back to see dentist. I asked twice about wait time and each time told unsure of how much longer wait would be. No concern was shown regarding my inconvenience. I had to reschedule after the 3 hours...couldn't wait any longer. Hopefully, the next time I will not have to wait and will actually be seen.

I love everyone there. They are all professional up. I don't have one complaint about any of them up there. Keep up the good work.

Michelle RDH was amazing. She is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here since I was 5, and she has helped me every time I’ve been here. I would recommend her to anybody.

I stopped going to the dentist here for a while because poor services I gave them another try and everything was great from the front desk receptionist Ms Josie who helped me transfer over my insurance information With no hesitation also to Malaysia as well as Dr. Lula And Can’t forget Ms. Michelle, They were all great with my kids very affirmative and their knowledge very quickly clean and easy.

Extended wait times, lack of due diligence to verify insurance prior to confirming appointment. I drove all the way there only for them to tell me they do not accept my insurance provider after waiting to be seen. However my son was seen and his appt was at 3:00pm he was not finished until 5:03 pm and the only service provided was X-rays, and teeth cleaning. He was rescheduled for the dental work needed. We definitely will be finding another dentist.
